Especially in the latter stages of the sales process, we are sharing Sales Documents with leads quite extensively.  Whereas the tracking and reporting on the Sales Document page itself is good - I can see a full list of who downloaded the document - the tracking and reporting on the contact page is very limited.    I propose to enable clicks on a 'Sales Document' to be used as a trigger (e.g. for a workflow) in the same way you can do this with Page Views.  This can then be used in a range of funnel activities, e.g.:   Enrol contact in a new workflow Populate a custom field on contact for e.g. 'Downloaded Document X' with value 'YES' to provide better visibility of whether or not a contract has downloaded the document. Allocate Hubspot Score points as downloads of these Sales Document is a major indicator for whether the lead is hot, or not. ...read more

It would be realllllly nice if we could rename list folders. Right now I keep having to make new child folders with different names and transferring all of the sublists into that folder, instead of a simple rename.  ...read more

There should be an option to sort smart lists by when a contact was added to the list.   For example, I have a smart list of people who visited a specific page of our website in the last 7 days. I now ideally want to reach out to them personally and start a conversation.   However, lists dont allow me to sort them by when a contact was last added in. As a result, I have to scan the entire list everyday to see the new contacts added and then reach out to them. I am sure there are many like me who face the same issue.    Kindly consider including this feature urgently in HubSpot.    Thank you.  ...read more

HubSpot Marketing currently only allows smart lists and workflows to use Deal date fields as absolute values (eg. August 17, 2017). This makes it very difficult to create smart lists and workflows based on aging deals or moving time ranges.   The ability to use relative date fields (eg. today, older than 2 weeks, less than 2 months ago) would open up so many possibilities in dynamic workflow enrollment. ...read more

I'm looking to create a random split list off of my master list, like A/B or A/B/C so I can test things like send times. Right now the only way I can think to do this is to export the list, add a column with a value, re-import and then segment. Would be great if the system could allow you to split the list into how ever many sub-segments you want and have it random.  ...read more

We are a sales organization and have hundreds of email templates inside of Hubspot.  While there are reports that show the overall performance of a template, there is no way to dive into that data and see all the contacts who were sent that template and opened it.  I would like to be able to see a contact list of everyone who opened the email and be able to sort that list by who opened it the most, highest to lowest.  If someone has opened an email 8 times and not yet replied, they should be at the top of my list for a follow-up phone call.  I would start every day with that report if it existed, as it would help identify the warmest leads.  All the data exists already within Hubspot, we just need this report to pull it together in a more actionable way. ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

Hello!   We are using HubSpot forms on our external pages. For easier mainentenance, we would like to use one form for 32 pages, but to seperate in HubSpot lists on which page the form has been filled out. Also we would like to send form filling notification emails (contact's details) to different persons, depending on which page the form was filled out. Right now, it's not possible to do it with HubSpot's workflow for external pages - it's possible only for internal HubSpot pages. So we need to create 32 forms with the same structure, and if we need to add new column, we need to do it 32 times. So it's unnecessary work when we could do it only for 1 form.   Could you develop this feature on which page HubSpot form was filled out on external page for workflows and lists?
