When creating a list you can only generally filter on the properties of associated objects.    For example, I can create a list of customers that have a deal with product #1234. I cannot specify whether that specific deal is open or closed, nor can I specify the time period the deal with product #1234 was created.    Having filters with more detail on associated objects would greatly improve our ability to use HubSpot in high-level marketing campaigns. ...read more

Right now you can only manually select individual lists you want to filter on to create a new list. I'd love to have more options like "Includes" or "Excludes" so that I can filter based on all lists that have "do not email" in their titles or something.   The same goes for import filters. I would like a simple way to export the company owner's email address when exporting company views. When looking at the companies page, I can see the company owner and the company owner's email address in one column. However, when I actually export the view, only the company owner name is exported--it does not include the company owner's email address. I looked to try and find a separate field to add to this view that included the company owner's email address, and this field does not exist.    Yes, there are workarounds. I can go to the HubSpot user page and copy all of the user names and corresponding email addresses to a text file, and then using some formulas make it into a usable list to bounce some vlookups off of to finally get this information into my spreadsheet--but this seems like a silly amount of steps to take to obtain information that is already contained there in the view.   I appreciate your help!!   I appreciate your help!! ...read more

Since opt-out lists aren't stored as contacts, we can't view/search who is on the opt-out list.  At the moment, if we want to check if certain person has been opt-out or not, we need to download all the lists we have imported, which is quite cumbersome.  ...read more

Hi,    There is no option in Hubspot to exclude a contact with a certain deal if this contact has more than one deal.    Filters in Hubspot Lists would only work fo contacts with just one deal, but not for contacts with more than one deal associated. the system can only filter based on "At least one deal doesn't contain", any contacts with multiple deals (one of which contains SSL in the Name) will still appear on this list,    For example: I would like to filter all contacts who have "woman shoes" as a deal, However a certain contact can still apear in te list because this contact also has "skinny jeans" as a deal.    There is no workaround on this as this is subject to the system. It would be great if we could select more than one form at a time when building out list or workflow criteria.   Example: Form submission is ANY OF or NONE OF instead of one instance for every form. ...read more

Looks like we can only filter Smart Lists by the day.    Could we get this more granular so it's by time of day? By the hour would be amazing, but even in 1/4 day increments could be super helpful.    Thanks! Matt ...read more

Hi, I have noticed when I create a list, it never auto-assigns to a folder, even when I navigate to the folder before creating it. I would love for the list so auto-create in the folder in which I created it.    This same concept would be helpful when creating Marketing emails within a folder. Our team has been trained to access specific folders when creating both lists and emails. Currently, no matter where you navigated prior to creating a list or an email, you must take an extra step to assign or move it to a folder after saving. ...read more

I want to create a list of unengaged contacts for specific emails, so those that did not open or click an email. You can filter by did not open, but there is no option for did not click - only did click.    The only workaround is to create a list of engaged contacts and then another list to suppress against.  ...read more
