It would be great to get a filter added for lists to identify Microsoft Teams Webinars Registration events (similar to Zoom, Eventbrite).

Today it took me over 2 hours for the contacts on a static list with only 69 contacts to start to populat/appear. The list was generated during the review of a workflow and I wanted to validate them further by looking. I was a bit shocked after 1/2 an hour and nothing had populated, Etc. Recommendation - There should be a warning re: delayed list creation/population if there is going to be such a delay in processing (for any reason) including the system load or the type of data being filtered. - The current message "check back in a few seconds" wasn't helpful in this context.

Have the possibility of setting a limit of registered users or an alert if the list reaches a certain size. Example: I have created a property, used in a form, that allows people to sign up to one of two locations for an event. I need the number of people registered for these events to be no more than 50, but I don't know how to monitor this.

It would be helpful to have the option to include exact phrases in list criteria. For example currently if I wanted to build a list of IT titles, using "job title contains any of..." and the option IT, it also includes titles such as architech and recruiter. If I use "job title equals any of" with the option IT, it would only pick titles that ONLY contain IT. As it stands, one would have to enter all the various permutations of IT (head of IT, IT Vice President, VP IT, etc), which is not efficienct, and it is easy to miss options. It would help with accurate list building to be able to use quotes or another method to indicate an exact phrase match.

Dear Hubspot community and Hubspot product teams, We have implemented a more complex data model in Hubspot where we have custom objects associated to the Company. We would like to create a dynamic list for Contacts, based on an associated object of the Contact's Company. So that means we need to create a dynamic list, filtering on a propery of: Contact -> Company -> Company Associated Custom Object. Currently the list only allows us to filter on Contact -> Company properties, not an association further. Our request is to allow filtering on one level further. Many thanks, Wouter

It would be amazing if we could say XYZ filter applies to ALL the below filters when creating an extensive list (20+ filters, this could be reduced to maybe 9) also (I have a video but I can not share here as I can no longer uplode a video to hubspot with a shareable URL). It takes FOREVER. If you miss even one and statement you have to go back through and add it to a million filters. Being able to create groups of filters that should have the primary filter applied to would also save time. example: see screen shot attached. Please help make lists more efficient and time saving so we can better target our audiences!

every time I go into the list I have take an extra step to then sort the list correctly... would be great to be able to choose the column to sort on and in which way, and then save that as the default sort. And really easy to do technically. Your support team said you cannot do it atm and to post here.

Our company has nearly 24 brand teams, so as you can imagine we have thousands of lists. We are always working to keep them clean, but it is a struggle. The brand teams run a number of drip campaigns each month. For ones that are larger/more vital we have our sales reps receive an internal notification saying that a contact opened/clicked a link in one of the drip emails. This helps them understand who is engaging and helps them better prioritze which individuals to reach out to. Instead of getting a million email notifications, it would be nice if the sales members could get a temporary list of everyone that has opened/clicked the email. That way, they don't have to remember to delete the list afterwards.

It would be really useful if a form conversion on an adaptive page variation was available as an option when creating list criteria for contacts or enrollment trigger criteria. It would be particularly for the purposes of: setting and appending particular custom properties on a contact and enrolling them in specific workflows. For example, currently, if you run a test on a page with a form and you have Version A, Version B, and Version C, then only Version A is available to pick as criteria. Version B and Version C aren't available. So if my list criteria was: that a contact had 'submitted any form on Version A page', then that's available and it works fine ...but it means that none of the contacts who convert of Version B or C are included in the criteria, so conversions on adaptive pages are seemingly somewhat overlooked from segmentation and automation perspectives Now, admittedly, a workaround to this is that you create 2 new forms (e.g Form B and Form C), using those forms on the adaptive page variations, so the criterion filtering would then be a contact has 'filled on Form B on any page' or 'filled on Form C on any page'. The problem with this is that it's not ideal in the long-term to stay on top of, particularly if you have lots of landing pages and want to run lots of tests on them and need to update a set of workflows each time to keep it all consistent. The best workaround I can think of right now is to go into the form module on each version of the page and update the 'add to workflow' option and set the chain of automated events from there. Although I don't think this is a perfect approach as it'd solve the automation issue, but it wouldn't directly resolve the segmentation one (that'd involve probably some kind of custom property so it'd still be a bit of a workaround). The page Variations B and C do appear on the contact's record of activity if they convert on there, but they're just not available to filter by in lists or in a workflow's enrollment trigger -- if this functionality was added, then it'd be brilliant for those who want to run a lot of tests on pages and report in a consistent way.
