Great minds think alike

We have quite a number of workflows in HubSpot that classify, notify, assign tasks and owners. If such users are out of office, processes get stuck in the dead end waiting for the users to eg come back from vacation. We are using rotation in some cases to make sure that eg an initial follow up still takes place by a team member even if the initial user didn’t react in time. We also added delays of 1 day to make sure the initially selected users had the opportunity to work on a task. After that delay a rotation takes place. Bad enough that the first user was out of office, the next that received the task via rotation was OoO as well. We cannot delay and rotate again and again until we finally find one that actually works on the follow up action. Please add an option where users (and as a fallback the team lead/delegate) can set themselves Out of Office and define their delegate to make sure that important workflows don‘t get stuck due to absence or at least get delayed by several days until rotation finally found a user. I would like to see the ability to add more than four fields to a pop-up form. While I can imagine some reasons for the logic behind keeping forms in pop-ups to a minimum (mainly, I'm guessing it probably makes it more likely that people will fill it out), I would prefer to make the decision as to how many fields are too many and measure the results to draw my own conclusions. ...read more

Hi there,   Would be great having the possibility to add hidden fields into pop up forms.   Why: we love to insert there as fewer fields as we can to keep them easy/quick to complete.   Challenge: lack of fields = lack of info. e.g: in the case of the country field, we always need to add the lead flow in a workflow that assigns the country.    Solution: hidden field    Cheers, Riccardo          ...read more

Hi Community,   I think it would be of great advantage if we could define lead score sets not only with the AND operator but also with the OR operator.    E.g.:  I want to check whether a contact has visited www.hubspot.com/pricing/ OR https://www.hubspot.com/case-studies and want to score this behaviour with 2 points.    Right now its only possible in the following way:     My goal is to sum up both URLs in one set. Besides "Contact has viewed at least one URL containing" is no solution for me because I have to score very specific URLs like www.hubspot.com/pricing/test1 and  https://www.hubspot.com/case-studies but not  www.hubspot.com/pricing/test2 for example.   Hope you get my point.   Regards, Jacob ...read more

Now that pop up forms can be used for more than just lead caputre, it would be beneficial to be able to adjust the trigger time to less than the required 7 seconds. We can now use these pop ups for notices, or to suggest more content, and in these cases, having the pop up available immediately would be ideal.   ...read more
