Right now, there is no cross-page "select all items" banner that would allow you to select beyond the knowledge base articles appearing in the view.  Of course, you can expand the view to 100, but not beyond that.  We need to make bulk changes beyond the first 100 articles, and it gets very confusing having to do this in 100-article increments.  Please add this basic functionality, which is already in place in several other areas of the platform. ...その他を表示

Overview We are currently migrating over 200+ Knowledge Base articles from our client’s website to HubSpot. However, our client has restricted export and import permissions due to strict data security policies. Because of this, we only have the option to download each article one by one, and bulk download is also not allowed. This makes the entire migration process extremely time-consuming and inefficient.   Current Challenge Since HubSpot Knowledge Base currently supports only limited import options, our team is required to manually copy and recreate each article. This is not feasible due to: A large number of articles (200+). A short project delivery timeline for a full Service Hub implementation. Client-imposed data handling restrictions that prevent bulk export/import. Suggestion / Proposed Enhancement We suggest adding additional import capabilities to the HubSpot Knowledge Base such as: Support for importing from PDF, DOCX, or HTML files. Option to upload multiple articles at once (e.g., via folder, ZIP, or API). Developer-friendly migration API or bulk upload interface that respects data security rules. Impact and Benefits Implementing these enhancements will: Reduce manual effort and improve project delivery speed. Ensure compliance with client data security requirements. Improve developer and partner experience for HubSpot implementers. Increase customer satisfaction and adoption of HubSpot Knowledge Base. Closing Note We request HubSpot to consider adding flexible import and bulk upload options for Knowledge Base. When entering a term in the search bar of the Knowledge Base, only three suggestions for articles are showing, even though there might be many more. There is no indication that there are more results, such as "show more". You have to click enter in order to see the full results list but there is also no indication on this. So it is misleading at the moment. Also, it would be better, if the suggestion dropdown was longer/showing more than the three results. It was better in the old version.   ...その他を表示

In the Customer Agent Knowledge Sources, we would like to be able to add categories to short answers (just like we currently can with the knowledge base articles), and thereby filter short answers by category.   Over time, we have naturally created a long list of short answers that are aimed at different customer agents. If we could filter short answers by categories (eg. relevant customer agent) it would be much easier to: a) sort through and proactively transfer short answers to a more comprehensive knowledge base (on a customer agent basis) b) compare short answers created by separate team members (for separate customer agents) to ensure there are no duplicates interfering with each other   Currently, we have to sift through short answers on a page-by-page basis which is unideal.  ...その他を表示

Idea: Allow (and/or enforce?) a notes field that provides context for when an Automation Issue is addressed   Problem: Currently, you only have the options to: Mark as fixed Ignore Defer There is no insight into why any of these options were chosen unless you manually (and separately) add a note to the impacted workflow. When working across multiple workflows for different teams, critical "fixes" or "workarounds" may be missed as people are unaware of what you did.   Suggested Fix: Add a field or property that allows you to provide more detail. For example, "Updated workflow to check for x before proceeding", or "ignored as this error was based on test data."   ...その他を表示
