Please add login form customization capabilities to the customer portal.   We'd welcome being able to add some guide text to the customer portal login form, or even a login form graphic we could populate with text, to make it clear what the portal is for and what types of users should be expected to be able to log into it.   The existing customizable logo (defined in Branding > Brand Kit > Logo > Customer portal) for the customer portal is appreciated, but beause it's placed in the logo position on all portal pages, it is not the appropriate mechanism to try to communiate all of the above.   This is a companion request to: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Tool/Option-to-disable-password-less-login/td-p/1123999 - aimed at solving the problem of undesired users attempting to log into our customer portal and creating HubSpot contacts in our instance, which is causing regulatory jeopardy for us. ... As a user, I can configure to receive notification when a new article is updated or article has been updated in selected categories.    use case: I would like to be notified when marketing team has added a new sell sheet, or an update to a process/procedure has changed.  ... Mostrar más

Hi all,   Clients can give feedback on articles published in the knowledge base:     Unfortunately, this module cannot be customized. It is neither possible to deactivate it completely nor to customize the content.   It would be great if this were possible in the future. Our Knowledge Base is partially publicly available and indexed by Google. It features a lot of content both for existing customers but also potential customers (e.g. they wanna know in detail how to use the product before buying, or are googling for a specific issue that our product can solve). Therefore the Knowledge Base has SEO potential to increase traffic and leads.   However right now it is impossible to do advanced SEO optimisations for KB articles, as basic SEO meta-data fields are not available to edit specifically.   Please add (at least) the possibility to edit these for each page: Page Title Meta-Description   Furthermore these functions could be also useful in regards to SEO: Possibility to redirect a KB page to another URL Possibility to set the robot meta-tag at a page level: index / noindex   Thanks, ... Due to the privacy restrictions that must be applied to all of our Help Center articles (all are set to private and require SSO authentication to access), I am unable to use our Help Center repository to train the AI Customer Agent.    I love the self service capabilities inherent with AI agents but we are unable to use this feature under its current limitations.  It would be wonderful to have the ability to train the Agent on private information that can/will only be leveraged by users who are signed into our platform. ... Would be cool if you would autogenerate a ToC of knowledge base articles from the paragraph headings without wasting too much screen real estate. Maybe an option to toggle on and off? Or a sticky box that scrolls with you? Especially for longer articles, this allows the user to get to his content faster or judge better if the answer is in the article. ... Mostrar más
