I've seen this idea in other threads but didn't find a dedicated topic/post... We would LOVE to see a version control capability added to knowledge base articles. This would add TREMENDOUS value to organizations that need want to leverage a knowledgebase but are regulated in some way and HAVE to demonstrate control. Without versionining on the KB itself—they ultimately avoid the functionality altogether and go through tedious/other systems to keep track of versions. Simple enumeration of article versions would be more than sufficient (but plenty of doc control teams would get overly pedantic over this).. Published versions: v1.0, v2.0, v3.0, v4.0, etc. Iterative/draft version v1.1, v1.2, v2.1, etc. A simple/optional "approval by specific users/roles" would also be incredibly helpful. Just one approval for publishing articles by category. (Essentially just track that someone put their eyes on it beyond "Hit Save/Publish". I've read elsewhere about HubSpotters asking for improvements like Undo/Redo functionality (just like on website pages). That would add a TON of value as well. Would love to hear some other HubSpotter's thoughts on the matter!
