I think knowledge base should have its own template set in design tools much like quotes do. This will allow us to fully customise it to look however we like and we could even copy and paste our main website theme to integrate it seemlessly.

It would be great if we could set our knowledgebase + support bot to show a handful of articles when it pops up - similar to how HubSpot's support button shows articles related to the page when it is opened. To have this in addition to the search and chat functionality would be really helpful and would likely save our clients much time and energy.

Since tags on knowledge base articles were added, we are able to link contents that matches e.g. customer's submissions in chatflows. Will be interesting to have the same function in order to exclude articles that match this kind of tags.

Instead of selecting from a prefixed list of font sizes, it'd be valuable if we could enter a custom font size.

After updating an article we would like to be able to reset the feedback of helpful or unhelpful to see if the new changes will change the feedback.

The current knowledge base has an automatic transactional email sent for knowledge base users. The current KB has access to Multi-language articles, so it makes sense to be able to send the transactional email on their respective language. Currently, this is not possible as the email's language sent by HubSpot to complete their password registration is set by the default account language. I think this feature is a must for global companies

It would be helpful to see categories as search results too, maybe as first results. Example: I created a category named "Import" with 10 different articles, also there a some other articles where the word "import" is part of the text. All these are found searching for the word "import" in no particular order I think. My idea: Searching for "import" should give the category "Import" as first result, so users can navigate through all articles of the right category.

In other knowledge base tools, there is an option to add a user feedback tool in the form of, "Was this article helpful? Yes No" This would be an easy way for us to understand whether or not we need to revise certain articles. You could show a simply dashboard result in the article statistics page.

Need to be able to specify the order of articles in a subcategory. Currently it is sorted alphabetically by default, that is not good.

1. Option to change the font color when editing an article 2. the keyword search does not show in the results when we search it. Makes it difficult for us to know what article to select or to go. Like in the above example, creating a ne template is subtopic under Task templates
