Due to the privacy restrictions that must be applied to all of our Help Center articles (all are set to private and require SSO authentication to access), I am unable to use our Help Center repository to train the AI Customer Agent. I love the self service capabilities inherent with AI agents but we are unable to use this feature under its current limitations. It would be wonderful to have the ability to train the Agent on private information that can/will only be leveraged by users who are signed into our platform.

There have been a number of different posts in the Community which are about the same core need (customizing the styling of the knowledge base), but many have been marked as "solved" or "delivered" because of options that get you part-way there. I'm consolidating those into this post so we can more easily track this need. This post should not be marked as solved or delivered until a knowledge base can be fully customized in layout and styling. I've spoken with many customers who still want more flexibility in knowledge base styling, including: Custom layouts for index pages and articles More fonts and styling options to better align KB with the rest of a business's website For those of us who are working to improve the HubSpot product, it's incredibly helpful to have example use cases from our customers, and the posts here on the Community play an important role in our prioritization process. Giving you more flexibility in KB styling is something we'd like to do, and when we have the bandwidth to dig into this project we'll look to you all for guidance on how to best support your needs. So if customization is important to you, please add your voice to this thread! The ability to create more than one Knowledgebase. Similar to having multiple conversation inboxes or ticket pipelines. This allows for knowledgebase segmentation. Could be for Internal Vs External or Client Vs Prospect (Sales Vs Support)

Hi, In forms, you can block form submissions that contain an email address with a free domain. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/what-domains-are-blocked-when-using-the-forms-email-domains-to-block-feature This would be helpful for customers using registrations on Customer portals so they can also restrict access. It would be great to also have a property by default - Public email - Is equal to False This would save the customer having the add each of the domains listed above from their access lists.

Allow customers to log in and see their Ticket inbox, history, statuses, replies etc. Ideally integrate this with Knowedge Base too.

We currently publish our social media posts to all four channels that are currently available in HubSpot (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn). It would be great to be able to post to TikTok & Pinterest from the same social ads tool. Are there any plans to implement these additional social channels?

Present visitors who mark a Knowledge Base article as unhelpful with a form to submit specific feedback as to why the article was not helpful. This would allow us to actually address the issues that visitors are experiencing. Idealy with the feedback form would allow for the option for both multiselect choices of common issues and open text fields for more specific feedback. Would be great to be able to see this feedback data from the Knowledge Base Insights dashboard.

Hi, Team! We would love to be able to customize the callout colors in Knowledge Base articles rather than only using the 4 default colors (as seen below). Would that be possible?

We have hundreds of well maintained knowledge base articles. My co-workers refuse to use guide creatore (despite it being an awesome tool) since there is no way of bringing guides into the Knowledge base. There should be a setting that automatically moves guides into our knowledge base. Or at least support it as Insert/url in the KB article editor.
