Hi everyone,   I have the following problem:   I receive excel files with company records which I need to import to HubSpot with the only goal of updating their records (for example because the companies have been participating in an event, therefore I would like to ‘tag’ that in HubSpot.   We already have those company records in HubSpot. The problem however is that some companies have one headquarters and 3 local offices, which means that we already have 4 company records with the same domain address. Therefore, when I import a file, I cannot update the company I would like (in my case headquarters) because HubSpot uses 2 unique identifiers: ‘domain name’ & ‘record id’. So, since I cannot use the domain name the 2nd possibility is ‘record id’.  But to get the ‘record id’ I need to search for each company in HubSpot, and place that information in the excel sheet to import, so with the same success, I can add the tags manually. However, when you have more than 500 companies to update, it takes a lot of time to go through all of them.   Therefore I am asking, if it would be possible to either have a 3rd unique identifier for Headquarter / Local Office or even better (if possible) companies to have the right to choose their perfect 3 unique identifier which will allow them to use that property for imports as well as for integration purposes.   Thank you and have a great day! 🙂      ...read more

Our accounts team lives in HubSpot, while Ops manages deals in Monday.com. We can port all the deal info from HS to Monday, no problem, and it syncs to stay up to date. But it would be a huge help for us if HubSpot and Monday offered integrations going the other direction — from Monday to HubSpot. I see other tools claim they can patch this with a free trial, etc., but since we're paying for both these tools already, I'd love to have updates from Ops in Monday.com sync with Deal properties in HubSpot. ...read more

It would be great to further utilize the "Insert Proposed Times" Gmail integration to link with other team members' calendars in our organization.   We have a handful of Sales Coordinators in house who act as assistants to some of our lead sales staff. These coordinators are booking meetings on behalf of other people on the sales team, so it would be great to be able to integrate other peoples' calendars within this Proposed Meeting Time feature. ...read more

Hi Hubspot team,  This idea is to help marketers build streamlined sales processes for sales users. As a product manager with dedicated sales team, I don't want the sales team to be able to pull all the other products (SKU's) into their quotes or deals. If you could add the "products" module into the permissions set and allow us to create views of products based on folder structures, this could easily be rectified.    For example, our products are pulled in through quickbooks. This pulls in every SKU. I've created a folder system within my "products" section. There are only two folders that I want my sales team to have access to. By doing this, it will eliminate quoting errors.    If I could limit the products viewable by teams, then those teams could only view the appropriate SKU's when creating a deal - eliminating the potential of selecting an incorrect SKU and thus, an invalid quote. Currently in HS section Integration - SF -> Contact Field Mappings are included all fields from both SF objects - Leads and Contacts and it is not transparent if SF field belongs to Lead or Contact.
