I'm writing to suggest an improvement to the current integration of Microsoft Teams meetings within HubSpot. Presently, we have the capability to schedule Microsoft Teams meetings from individual contact pages, which mirrors the functionality available in Outlook. However, this feature is limited to scheduling meetings with individual contacts only. Our team often needs to schedule meetings with multiple contacts simultaneously. To accommodate this need, I propose expanding the Microsoft Teams meeting feature to allow the selection of a list of contacts, rather than being restricted to individual contacts. This enhancement would enable us to efficiently organize group meetings directly from within HubSpot, streamlining our workflow significantly. The ability to select a list of contacts for a Microsoft Teams meeting directly in HubSpot would be a valuable addition for businesses that frequently conduct group discussions, team meetings, or client presentations. It would save time, reduce the need for switching between applications, and maintain the seamless user experience that HubSpot is known for. We believe this feature would not only benefit our team but also be a valuable enhancement for many HubSpot users who rely on Microsoft Teams for group communications. With Salesforce sync on we should be provided with the same flexiblilty for deleting companies as we do with contacts. Currently you can choose to either 'do nothing' or 'delete the contact' which allows for both systems to be aligned without having to complete the action in 2 separate places.  As it stands if you require a company to be deleted and wish for it to be the same across systems it must be deleted in both Hubspot and Salesforce   ...read more

Supabase is the leading opensource player for web and mobile projects.   Integration with Hubspot would allow sending emails to users of an application based on Supabase. Currently, when you set up a feedback survey with a custom question, you cannot include the responses to the question in Slack automation.   This means, for example, that in Slack notifications, you'll see the happy/neutral/unhappy from a CSAT survey, but you cannot include the actual text feedback that was left in a custom question. ...read more
