It is a noted design that the JIRA integration expects delays in the tool itself between JIRA and HubSpot, particularly with comments.  The basis of this seems to be an hourly sync to track these, as such this can cause delays from workflow enrollment triggers based on JIRA responses (a tool our customers automate often), to delays in a team's own internal processes when comments are not pushing through. This could be resolved with a sync setting on either side that allows to trigger syncs manually when new info is created on a record, to send it directly to JIRA.  Similarly, there seems to be no set scale on when the syncs trigger so while it notes an hour it can take less time. If possible this would be something that would highly beneficial to all customers using the integration if this was taken into review.  ...read more

This feature would help marketers report on activities that they have had on leads/contacts. It is best practice to have an integration user to "create users" and make changes to contacts/leads in Salesforce. We should also be able to have them have tasks in the salesforce activity lead as that user - currently it only maps over as the contact owner having the task - even though it was a marketing activity in Hubspot that did it - not the salesperson.    For instance - below it says that Hugo (our sales guy/contact owner) had all of these activities. However, in reality those are activities that he had when engaging with Hubspot content and received a Hubspot email.      ...read more

We have LinkedIn lead syncing turned on and are getting this error message:      The fields don't line up properly because it's single line text in LinkedIn and dropdown select in HubSpot. Nevertheless the fields are mapped by default and can't be edited. My colleague who set up the sync was even emailed a suggestion to fix the mapping that we're not able to fix.   Please make it possible to edit/disable field mappings that don't align properly. This issue could be addressed creating a custom, single line text country field in HubSpot but not while this mapping is still active. ...read more
