It would be helpful to be able to tag a specific Slack channel from Deals > Notes/Calls/Meetings (instead of associating a company/contact with a Slack channel altogether) . Example:   We have a Deal with Company A in hubspot and we have a "Company A Deal" Slack channel corresponding to it. However we also have client chats channel or a company announcements channel and I'd like to copy a logged call/meeting/note into one of those other channels.    Can I simply tag the end of the note with "@slack_channel_of_choice" and have this automated?    Thanks! ...read more

I would like to be able to use the automated calendar scheduling feature to manage times on my main calendar. However, I use multiple calendars (personal and professional) and was wondering if there was a way to sync them to my main calendar being used for Hubspot so Hubspot automatically "blocks" thoses times on my main calendar (i.e. it sees an event on a different calendar and therefore doesn't allow someone to schedule an event on my main calendar that is linked to my Hubspot account).   How have others been able to manage this?   Thanks! ...read more

We were very disappointed to find out that while HubSpot tickets can automatically be turned into Jira issues, HubSpot's property values can only be pasted into the Jira issue description, not synced into actual Jira issue fields. This does not allow for the two systems to be true mirrors of one another, which is super disappointing for two such commonly used SaaS products. However, we use Hubspot as our web builder, data aggregation tool, and CRM. When we send out A/B test campaigns, we miss out on critical email data that we cannot import into Hubspot, even though Hubspot has A/B test capabilities within the marketing emails tool. ...read more

We have multiple businesses and multiple locations of each business that use Bookeo as our booking platform. We are also using the Business Unit feature in HubSpot to keep our contacts separate. I need the ability to understand which Bookeo instance the contact was created from so I can assign the contact to the correct business unit programmatically.   A unique identifier or the ability to create a list of contacts who have been created from the specific instance of Bookeo would work.  ...read more
