A formal integration with ZoomInfo with more advanced mapping of properties when "exporting" contacts from ZoomInfo into HubSpot. Currently, there are limitations; where if a user exports a contact from ZoomInfo, it will update the information if mapped and set to do so, but it will not update the owner. Another limitation is if the contact belongs to a company that is not currently in HubSpot, when a company is created, it leaves the company owner as unassigned instead of also assigning it to the user that "created" it via the ZoomInfo export.   This would benefit all users that utilize ZoomInfo and HubSpot, at all levels. The goal is to streamline data integrity while also minimizing the manual load of assigning and reassigning contact and company owners.   This will make the integration stronger and more useful.   Outreach had this feature with ZoomInfo. ...read more

Anybody else find that the hubspot to outreach integration lacks essential features?   Pretty standard fields in outreach cannot be mapped to fields in Hubspot. For example, call outcome and task type cannot be matched between the two systems. This makes reporting out of Hubspot for activity done in outreach close to impossible. I work on Hubspot Professional version and we integrate it with Quickbooks and other software which have field length restrictions. I expected to be able to set field lengths as an attribute of a property but cannot find anywhere. What happens now is that our Deal Name, for example, is getting truncated to the 41 characters QB handles. This isn't optimal.  Please add the ability to set a max character length (and really for other validations such as Min, required, and unique) for our properties like most databases, Salesforce, and in general most software out there that allows customization of any kind. "Make ""Salesforce Owner Phone Number"" a default personalization token just like ""Owner Name"" and ""Owner Email"". Currently the Salesforce properties for Lead Owner Name and Lead Owner Email are automatically pulled into HubSpot properties for email customization, however there is no default option for Lead Owner Phone Number. And because HubSpot does not support sync with formula fields in Salesforce, I had to resort to a kludgy workaround where I created a custom text field in Salesforce and added a workflow to stamp the Lead Owner's phone number as a value in that field." ...read more

As a developer for a Hubspot agency I would love to have the option to register shortcodes. WordPress offers this functionality and it gives our marketeers the option to render styled elements in a rich content field. As Hubspot currently has some limitations on the native rich content module and the blog content module, it would help us a lot if we can use styled elements without having to change the markup through the 'Browse code' option. It is rather inneficient if our marketeers have to add HTML and CSS classes in the editor.   I would suggest creating a hook that we can call to register shortcodes. When a marketeer uses this shortcode, we should have a function available to replace the contents of this shortcode with Hubl. When an user open or clicks an email address multiple times just send one task per open and one task per click to Salesforce. Don't send duplicate tasks to Salesforce if a user opens the same email for the nth time as this clutters Salesforce with irrelevant info and creates unnecesarry API traffic. Recently we had to manually delete 6.000.000 duplicate tasks in Salesforce, all from opens and clics that refered to the same user+email or the same user+email+link. ...read more
