We want to have the automatic association that happens with contacts when the invoice is synced, to also happen from Invoice to Company.  It is possible to do this manually, but we are looking for a way for this to happen automatically if possible. I have looked at integrations like Associ8 but it does not seem to work with the invoice object.  Does anyone have any ideas that could help me?  ...その他を表示

I am trying to sync deals from a Project Tracking SmartSheet we use into HubSpot. I am only seeing the capability to sync Contacts and Companies. I am wondering why this is the case and if there is a workaround without another Marketplace App?  ...その他を表示

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...その他を表示

It would be great to have the ability to manage responses in the conversation tool with WhatsApp integration. We observe a need to collect and categorize responses received via WhatsApp to then trigger specific actions based on these responses.   For example, the ability to send a message offering response options such as "yes" or "no" and then create logical branches in HubSpot based on these responses. This would enable increased personalization of interactions and finer automation of processes.   Anticipated Benefits: Enhanced Customer Engagement: The ability to customize responses based on customer choices would strengthen engagement and satisfaction. I am wanting to set up Hubspot Workflows (assign to List, etc) for Contacts that are imported via ZoomInfo websights and intent workflows but there are currently no ZoomInfo integration filters to enable this.
