I would like to propose an improvement regarding the error messages displayed in the Workflow History section of HubSpot, particularly in relation to the WhatsApp integration.   Currently, when attempting to subscribe contacts to a WhatsApp subscription workflow based on their WhatsApp phone number alone, an error message is generated stating something like: "Neither an email address nor a phone number is present for the contact" (or in German: "Für den Kontakt ist weder eine E-Mail-Adresse noch eine Telefonnummer vorhanden"). Since a known WhatsApp phone numer is the trigger in this case, this message is misleading and does not facilitate troubleshooting efforts effectively.   Only upon closer examination of the enrollment history and contact details, we discovered a server response error code: "MISSING_SUBSCRIBER_ID" which helped us to realize that we cannot subscribe contacts to the WhatsApp service without prior opt-in messages from them:   Misleading Error Message in HubSpot Workflow History   Consequently, despite having diligently collected consent for WhatsApp conversations via a form, the workflow remains ineffective (the whole problem is stated in this community post, by the way).    To improve user understanding and streamline troubleshooting processes, I suggest revising the error message to provide clear insight into the underlying issue and potential solutions. ...read more

Karbon HQ should be in Hubspot Operations Hub Integrations.   We are a professional services firm in the accounting, advisory, consulting and tax area and we use Karbon HQ (https://karbonhq.com/) as our client management system.   Many others such as law firms, coaches, consultants, and project managers also use Karbon.   However, we also use HubSpot and other tools such as our CRM, marketing, website platforms and need our client data, contact updates, the services / projects completed, etc. data to be in these systems and Karbon HQ is the source for most of these.   Hubspot Operations Hub is very powerful and having Karbon HQ also integrated with it, will expand Hubspot's target audience to accountants, tax people, professional services firms and I am sure that Karbon HQ team will also communicate this inegration to their wide user base.   Please integrate/include Karbon HQ in Hubspot Operations Hub. ...read more

Current state: HubSpot Meeting Links can *only* be set up with one  default option for Videoconferencing, i.e. Zoom *or* Teams, despite integrating both/multiple Videoconferencing platforms. This means the "booker" cannot choose which Videoconferencing tool they are more comfortable with: we force adapt to us.    Goal: Downloading or adapting to new videoconference software can be hard for some leads and customers: if we can give anyone who wants to book a meeting with us the option of choosing their preferred way to videoconference, i.e.  1) Teams 2) Zoom 3) Google Meet within the actual booking interface when they book a meeting, we will be able to:  1) Increase the likelihood of the meeting occurring  2) Increase efficiency and cut out dead time helping a lead/customer adapt to a new tool  3) Create a more frictionless experience 🙂    Who is the feature for: Sales consultants, Service Consultants, Consultants, Trainers; anyone who has a lead or customer-facing role    Annie Swann  RECIPE marketing www.recipemarketing.co.nz   ...read more

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't let you auto-subscribe contacts to WhatsApp communications. You have no direct access to the subscription type in workflows and you don't even see the subscription in the settings.   The option you have is to go into contact's profile and inspect all their subscriptions there. You will see WhatsApp and you'll be able to subscribe the contact manually.  (don't mind the German language)   Why don't we have an option to auto-subscribe the contact to WhatsApp Notifications if they submitted a form with their phone (WhatsApp) number and agreed to receive notifications via WhatsApp? When we collect consent from our contacts by ticking a checkbox or by clicking a button, we expect the contacts to be auto subscribed to WA-notifications.   P.S. I am talking about a situation when a contact doesn't know your WA number and cannot contact you first (as described here), so it is way better for both sides when a contact submits a form and gives their phone number and asks to be contacted per WhatsApp. The rest should be handled by HubSpot.   Added: There's currently an option to mass opt-in contacts for WhatsApp communications in your Contacts view. This is currently in Beta so make sure you add this function to your HS portal in Product Updates. Currently, we can restrict users from installing an app from the HubSpot marketplace but there is no setting under user permission that allows us to restrict a user from accessing or editing the native integration settings. For example, if we are using the HubSpot - Salesforce native integration (Salesforce Connector) there is no way we can define the users who have access to editing or updating the app settings in HubSpot. I'd like to see Placement data added as an object within the Bullhorn connected app. We use HubSpot and our Bullhorn integration to automate all lead nurture, onboarding, loyalty/retention, and win-back communications for our customers. Having customer-specific placement data will further refine our touchpoints and increase the effectiveness of our campaigns.    Properties in the Placement object such as End Date, Original End Date, Assignment Status, Assignment Type, Employee Type, Shift, etc., will help HubSpot users to branch workflows appropriately for each stage in staffing recruitment marketing efforts. ...read more

Feature Request: When using LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration, be able to log LinkedIn messages into Hubspot, wether those are from a LinkedIn chat or LinkedIn Sales Navigator chat. The messages could be automatically logged-in with an automated syncing option.    1. This feature is for Sales. 2.The goal is to automate the sales process as much as possible. 3.The value of this feature is time saving.
