iOS users of the HubSpot mobile app do not have access to the "Attachments" tab in the top bar....see below.  First photo is from Android, users can easily access all files attached to the record.  Second photo is iOS, users can't see the files atatched to the records.  This is a huge problem.  I have searched everywhere, and I cannot see how it would be related to user permissions.    This is a huge problem for us.  Why is the iphone version of Hubspot missing the abiltiy to see attachments on records?     ...read more

Apparently most Hubspot users operating in Europe send out Meeting Links to exising contacts instead of embedding them on their websites. When collecting personal data from prospects all of us need to make sure we have the explicit consent to process that data. The Hubspot Forms in the Marketing Tools in fact pay respect to that by enabling Hubspot users to add/edit the respective field to the form: after enabling GDPR settings generally or for a specific form you can edit the form and under other form fields add or edit the GDPR field; the drop down let's you choose between legitimate interest, - which you should choose only if you know what you are doing - a checkbox for consent for communication and a simple text for data processing (which is standard for no reason if you ask me), or checkboxes for both consent for communication and consent for data processing (the latter is then automatically a required field as it should be). Only the last option is the safe option here; the "standard option" should only be used if you already have this contact in your crm and have the consent from another source; it is practical when you additionally want your contact to join a marketing list for example.   Now to the actual issue I and basically all Hubspot users operation in the EU have: when we send out a Meetink Link to a contact we obviously do have the consent from another source to process their data or we would be in dangerous violation of the GDPR. BUT when we want to embed the meeting link on a website to turn prospects into leads I need to have that additional consent for data processing checkbox. Sadly when we edit the form that is integrated into the Meeting Link there is no way to add that. Although it would have been logical to add it here when it was added to the GDPR form field... this was pretty new in 2020 IIRC... so apparantly nobody noticed this discrepancy in the last 3 years. Except I pointed it out 3 years ago while working for a different company. So how about someone at Hubspot implements the same option Forms have to the Meeting Link forms? Hi,   I notice that HubSpot uses email address as the unique identifier for contact. But in my area many people dont use email often, but every people have an unique phone number. I'm wondering if i could use phone number as indentifier?   I'm managing the fashion store, how about some customers just don't know khow to read and write? or some customers just no need an email? or they have but not nessarily to check it often, because they no need to use email to work....   In my area many people don't use emails often, but use the communication social media often, almost every communication social media nowadays request a phone number.  And everybody has a phone number, and they are unique!   I strongly suggest hubspot make phone number as the indentifier, or make it as an option.     Thanks. ...read more

I see that Country/region field is a single line field in Companies, and a dropdown field in Contacts. That's pretty much inconsistent, while the dropdown option is more appropriated. I cannot automatically copy/sync data between contact and company on this very field, and it's really annoying… ...read more

On the record page for a contact, we see their name, job title, and just below we see a row of very useful buttons: Note, Email, Call, Log, Task and Meet. It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

Dear HubSpot Community,   I just want to sync a plain table with HubSpot. Either Google Sheet, Airtable or whatever. If it works with a specific table, I will switch to that table.   So, I tried Google Sheets. All the tools don't work: Sheet Director, zapier, make and much more. I tried 8 different tools. Because an email is always mandatory, but in our list, there are people without an email address. Importing is of course possible, but I think Hubspot should be able to sync data, at least just a usual table should be possible.    Using Airtable didn't work, because Airtable determines your primary key that cannot be changed and let alone cannot be allocated to two columns.   Additionally, in Hubspot I cannot create lists without basing that list on filtering.   ...read more
