Frequently I have to identify the Automations that are triggered by form submissions.  It would be really helpful in completing this work if the list view for Forms has a "Used In" column similar to the one we have for properties.  This should include Workflows that are triggered by the form submisison as well as Lists and Views that use the form submission as filter criteria.    This would also help identify any assets that might be impacted by editing or deleting a form. ...read more

At the moment, form permissions aren't as nuanced as email permissions. Users with edit permissions for form can edit live forms while permissions for marketing emails, for example, differentiate between suggesting changes (edit) and publishing changes (publish).     It would be great to have the same permissions / distinction for forms - and ideally also form approvals, similar to marketing email or landing page approvals.   Context Forms are an entry point for new contacts and it's important that contact information is captured in a standardized way across large organizations. This can only be ensured with standardized fields, standardized hidden fields and form settings (e.g. "Always create contact for new email address" or the marketing contact settings). Especially in large companies with many regional teams and varying degrees of confidence and competence, it's challenging for HubSpot admins to provide quality assurance for forms. If they take away form edit permissions, they become a bottleneck. If they grant form edit permissions, they constantly have to monitor newly created forms which might be created not following standard guidelines.   What happens if we don't get this feature? HubSpot admins will always be a bottleneck. General adoption of HubSpot in the company is slowed down as HubSpot admins have to work around the risks or downsides of not having these permissions.   Thanks in advance for considering! ...read more

We have multiple pipelines in the new Service Hub's Help Desk that are used to create ticketing spaces for different departments. We would like to make forms that allow people to create a ticket by inputting information, however, we have to tie any ticket form to a group inbox and not individual pipelines. Our teams would find it really beneficial to allow the ticket to pop up in a specific pipeline instead of in a general group inbox and have to make a few automations to get the ticket where it needs to go. ...read more

Hiya! 😊   I've been manually calculating drop-off rates for an audit I'm doing on different forms in HubSpot. How awesome would it be to have HubSpot automatically calculate this? Or even better, have the specific field where the user stopped completing a form!   For now, here's my calculation for drop-offs%: Interactions-Submissions= Drop offs. Drop offs/Interactionsx100 = Percentage of drop-offs   Example: Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is x%.   1693-721= 972 972/1693= 0,575 0,575x100= 57%   Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is 57%.   Thank you! ...read more

Hello!   I'm a HubSpot partner and I have encountered an instance where my HubSpot customer wants to use the county as a routing option for internal emails. That's great and doable; however, when the customer has nearly two hundred offices around the country, this leads to an overwhelming number of counties listed for a customer to choose from on the form.   Our idea: Use conditional options! By having a State dropdown menu and creating a dropdown for County, we could apply the conditional option for each state.   The Result: The conditional option only works on the contact record and not on forms.     HubSpot, please make this happen for us!   And community, if you have a solution, I would LOVE to hear it! ...read more

The upload function on Hubspot forms is a great feature, however if the box is selected to allow multiple files to be uploaded on the form, this is sent through as one URL1;URL2;URL3 and so on. They are only split by a semicolon which the browser then interprets as a single URL. Please can you develop this to avoid this happening or allow the Upload Photos property to be added to the form multiple times as a separate box. Allow to not display a consent checkbox in forms if a contact already checked it before.   For instance : if a contact already checked the box for newsletter subscription, we don't want to ask him in every other forms, we already know he consented.  ...read more

Today, we only can place the CTA of a form below the form. In the case of a single-field form (such as a newsletter subscription), it would be very useful to be able to place the CTA to the right of the field. 👍   ...read more

Now that we have to have active user accounts created for any email address recieving form notifications, it would be really helpful to add a column showing the users receiving submission notifications on forms view so we can manage this at a glance as staff changes, without having to open and edit every form record just to check. ...read more
