I would like to see the option to unpublish a form and or to set a limit to the submissions. For example I would like to set a limit of 100 submissions due to a webinar subscription.   November 7, 2022 Edit: 931 days and counting. Basically for each property I want 3 options to choose from: 1) Update value if blank 2) Append to value 3) Overwrite value   Sample use case(s): Append Option: Notes Field I have a comments field on my contact form where someone sends us a query. If that contact later submits another query I don't want to lose the previous info from my records. I want to see the new information appended to that field.  (Can't keep creating new properties and using smart properties).    Overwrite Option  Standard as happens curently with most fields, if a contact enters a new phone number it overrides the previous data to keep it updated with the latest information.   Update if Blank option - Lead Source When a lead comes in, I assign the Lead Source to it, but I only want that updated if there is no previous Lead Source assigned to it. I don't want subsequent forms to overwrite the value. Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

On a form, there is a field with two different responses, which helps to determine the ideal customer. It is very important to have the feature to redirect a visitor to separate thank you pages based on the response. To B2B customers, we sell our products directly but to B2C customers, we redirect them to e-commerce channels (such as eBay or Amazon). In this case, both the types of customers are important. We can use one landing page and form to target both types of audiences to promote the product but redirect them to the relevant offer/content based on the response.   ...read more

Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 116 votes.   Right now, only forms on landing pages can be assigned to a HubSpot campaign. However, we have forms embedded on our website's pages that are campaign-specific and not HS landing pages.   Therefore, leads generated by a non-landing page form will not count towards the total number generated within a campaign.   Can you allow forms without landing pages to be associated with campaigns? ...read more
