I recently needed to update EVERY form individually to restrict certain email domains on each submission form.  It would have been a HUGE time saver if HubSpot had a global setting to allow me to simultaneously set these restrictions on all of my forms. Actually, I was kind of surprised that this feature didn't already exist. Please consider implementing this in a future release.   HUBSPOT DEVELOPMENT: Seriously, it has been almost 3 years and 64 upvotes and you STILL don't have this feature!?  How can you consider yourselves customer-centric when something as time-consuming and tedious as this feature gap is left to rot on the vine? I am beyond disappointed! UPDATE: My company recently refreshed our website. HubSpots lack of response to this request after years resulted in us choosing an alternative CMS for our new site. The customer has spoken. Shame on you HubSpot!!

Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 14 votes. The ability to break forms up into 2-3 steps. Gradually asking for more information would be useful. My company consults with other companies on a B2B basis for training their staff, we build a company profile and an organisational needs analysis (ONA) for those companies to identify their training needs. What I find strange is that we can only create forms with contact property fields and not company fields (Deal fields too). A contact record does not need a "Total company wage bill" property for example, but I'm forced to create one in order to copy the property over to the company record using a workflow. See: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/workflows/choose-your-workflow-actions#copy-a-property-value I'd like the ability to add company fields into a form, to bypass the need to create unnecessary workflows and contact properties. I could see a use for deal fields too as a way to collect order information (I'd be surprised if I was the first person to suggest this idea, but I couldn't find any related posts around the subject. Let me know if this is a duplicate) EDIT: Deals and other objects should really be involved in here as well, with the Custom Objects beta coming into play, this is worth discussing too!

In the Form Options, there is a section where we can add email addresses who get "Notified when submitted". There is an automated email that gets sent that currently cannot be customized. Can we get access to customize this email?

I'm looking to create either an automated report that could be sent out monthly or a dashboard that will show us the people who filled out forms to download some of our gated content in the last month (or other period of time). Right now I can only find this information through the form submissions main section but I don't know if I'm just not looking in the right place to create this report or dashboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Seems ridiculous that something so basic isn't supported on HubSpot. I have a form, the CTA button and the gated content all in HS but no way for the form to popup when someone clicks the CTA. Why do they need to be sent through to a different landing page to access the form? Give us a way to cut out this unnecessary step please ASAP!!

Hi there! At the moment, there isn't any option to exclude employee activity from counting towards forms analytics, marketing email analytics or campaign analytics. For the general web analytics this can be done by excluding IP addresses, however not for other tools in HubSpot. Why is this important? There needs to be a way to test conversion paths (click marketing email, submit form on page) without skewing the conversion rates before even launching a campaign. (Deleting contacts after testing doesn't do the trick, they still remain part of the email and form analytics.) Especially in larger companies with a lot of employees testing assets, this makes forms and email analytics unreliable. Thank you for looking into this.

The current system is embarrassing. Either they have to find an old email (which often they can't) or they have to go to a form, which requires sending them a form, which requires them filling out and seeing an unintuitive bit of text (which is clickable but doesn't look lie it) and clicking that to be sent another email which contains a way of unsubscribing, rendering the submitting of the form you sent them redundant. Many people will click submit on the original form, thinking they have now been resubscribed, but they haven't been. This needs to be rethought. Thanks

We need to know the country code of all numbers submitted through our forms. It would be ideal if there was a country code drop down to select from that we could have on our web forms This is what HubSpot has on their forms on their website

The idea is to have a Multiple Select Drop-down, which can enable a form visitor to select multiple options for a property by clicking on a dropdown and searching for an option. This would essentially be an altrenative for Multiple Checkbox Field Type, for when there's too many options in the property. I've recently faced this issue, where I have a Contact Property field with about 250 different options, with the ability to have multiple options associated to the property. I need to insert this Property into one of my forms, and I find that having this property as a Multiple Checkbox means that the form becomes extraordinarily long, and I have to make the user scroll through each and every option to find the ones relevant to them, along with scrolling through all the 250 options to get to the next form field. This makes for an incredibly bad user experience on the form, and I'm bound to have an insane bounce rate due to this. There seems to be no other usable alternative as of now. I'm using a multi-select dropdown in my Jotforms at the moment. As much as I'd love to move all my forms to Hubspot, the lack of this field type makes it quite difficult for me. The form I'm using now looks like this:
