On Hubspot, you can set up email notifications to receive an email everytime a form is submitted, which is great. However, if a customer submits the same form more than once (say 6 months later), you do not get an email notification, and it can result in missing the form submission completely as you have to login to Hubspot to see the submission for the first time.
