I know we can do this with workflows, but it would be so nice to be able to set how many times an individual (using their email address) can submit a form. We often use forms for sign ups for events or other RSVP type things, and surprisingly get a lot of resubmits. It would be so much easier for the individual to know "You've already submitted this form." when they refill it out.   We would definitely want the option to allow for resubmissions and contact updates as that is helpful for many of our other form uses. ...read more

This would be an excellent tool that HS already has in forms but adding it to meetings would be so helpful Instead of having a dozen differnet types of meetings,  we could limit it to just a few with the right progressive fields Few meeting links will make the the form more powerful and easier to track and manage For Sales Agents it would be faster onboarding and simpler use cases instead of making sure they use a different meeting link for all the differnt kinds of meetings. The form should Dynmaically have All the same progresive fields as the meetings forms that link to contact / company properties. Progressively depending on the specific field filled out allocate certain hours for that specific calendar activty which would be specified in the settings of the meeting form to make sure allocated hours for any given activity are in the right time block and availablitly  Allow deeper more rich meeting contact info capture that is more Engaging and meets that opportutnites needs while giving sales agents more info with fewer but more powerful tools ...read more

Hi all,   I would like to create a pop-up form based on more triggers than the ones that are available now. It would be great if some triggers can be added.   Currently you can trigger on: URL Query parameter +some onsite user behaviour What I'm looking for: Trigger on known contacts with a specific lifecycle stage. e.g. push a specific contact towards a specific content piece or towards a more lower funnel page. I would suggest that after selecting Contacts or Companies from the drop down menu you default the cursor to the search field. 90% of the time after clicking on Contacts or Companies that's where I go and it would save one additional mouse click which while a relatively minor issue adds up over time.  I can't tell you how many times I have clicked on Company or Contact and then started typing my search only to realize I need to first click in the search field before I can start typing my search criteria.  I'm an older Computer Engineer who predates the mouse.  We relived heavily on tab navigation and I still use it because it's much quicker than using the mouse to progress through fields on a form except when's its not set up properly and the cursor jumps between fields in no particular order.  That's when I know a younger program who is not familiar with tab navigation and relies on the mouse programmed the form.  LOL ...read more

Marketing Operations Analysts would like to be able to determine what change on forms (and other lead capture activities) in order to help determine the root cause of volume changes over time. The current system only allows for visibility into "Last Modified Date" and in the case of employee turn over or role changes institutional knowledge of changes are lost. This feature is available in tools like Google Ads to identify changes across the various set-up and bidding variations. An idea solution would show a history of changes and timestamps for all forms. I use pop-up form to download gated contents. So, when users click to a pop-up form, they go to a landing page, submit a form and receive the content (pop-up forms appears randomly in blog posts). Tracking the user flow, I can see just the blog post visit and then the landing page visit: I can't see wich pop-up form is the touch point. Tracking pop-up form click would be an indispensable feature! Think about it! ...read more
