Hi, When using multiple checkbox fields in forms as a hidden field, we should have the choice to overwrite info or append info to the property. Exactly as when we create workflow to copy a property to a mutiple checkbox property. It will avoid us having to build 2 properties, one for the form and one that we update (append) through a workflow. Thanks

Adding an e-signature function on forms that require a client's signature. An example would be agreeing to terms and conditions on a form. Currently, this is not a feature in HubSpot but would be greatly valuable. Thanks!

We have had many instances of bad data created on contact records because people forward on marketing emails with links to forms, and someone else completes the form and it updates the original person's contact record. I know that this can be resolved going forward by switching on the setting "Always create contact for new email address" on the form. The problem is that this setting defaults to Off for new forms, so it is often missed. Please would you add a setting in the settings > marketing > forms area to be able to control the default for that when new forms are created, so that we can make the default On. Thank you

Hello, We have multiple instances in which a form leads to a separate form. What we aren't able to achieve today in Hubspot is steps 2 and 3: 1. Contact answers a question "X" in Form 1. When they complete Form 1, it opens Form 2, 2. In Form 2, the contact is asked a different question that is dependent on their answer to question "X" in Form 1, 3. The contact doesn't see question "X" in Form 2; only the dependent question.

Hi, Is it possible to create a form where a number is inputted into one of the fields which gets calculated by a certain number and the calculation auotmatically appears in the next field?

When creating editing form follow-up emails, HubSpot allows only choosing one of the registered HubSpot users to be the sender. I propose allowing the form creator to select any of the email aliases (such as those HubSpot identifies via Gmail/Outlook integration) as the from address so that these emails can be sent from a "team email address" (see Groups in Google Workspace). Without this, HubSpot forms is practically useless for us. Further, I propose allowing the form creator to select the "Reply To" address, which if unselected sets reply to as the same as From.

We would love to provide a form (more of a calculator in this sense) to prospective clients to compare current and projected performance. They could fill out each field in the form, each of which are used in a calculation. It would be great to be able to have that calculated field displayed immediately after the form is submitted rather than having to make a workflow to send an email with the results.

Something I love about Hubspot is that it's a full customer experience lifecycle tool. As such, it's really great for customer success/onboarding. We have a relatively high-touch onboarding and process, and I would love to help customers understand A. What the process looks like B. Where they are in the process As such, we use a checklist tool called process.st to share a checklist. Ideally, though, this could be built into Hubspot and I could: A. Understand when someone started a checklist B. Automate based on where they are in the checklist with workflows C. Know when someone has completed the checklist, and automate based on that This seems like it could easily be built into the existing Project tool - just make it so it's "External Project" and have the following options: - Ability to Share a link to Project/Checklist externally with no login required - Link should copy the checklist, not bring them into an existing checklist (i.e. each should be able to create their OWN checklist to follow along with their progress) To be honest, I actually really really LOVE the feature set built into https://www.process.st/ - but what I want is to have this functionality IN HUBSPOT as opposed to using another tool - and preferably in Marketing and Sales Professional because that's what I'm using 😉
