Hello, It would be helpful that when a customer fills out a "FORM" that on the email notification from HubSpot that a piece of information (ie email, last name, company name) was included in the subject line. Rather than having lots of submitted emails all looking the same or think that they are from the same customer. It would just be nice feature to help organize new leads in our company to the proper sales person. I believe this would be a very helpful feature to medium and larger sizes companies/users. When creating a HubSpot form using the file upload field type, there is no capability to filter what the user uploads. At the very least, there should be options to include only specific file types (JPG, JPEG, PNG, etc.) or specifically exclude certain files (EXE, PHP, etc.). This is a security issue. Also, size restrictions would be a good idea, such as "only allow files 2MB or less", for example. These are all sort of standard in most form, plugin and upload scripts that are available commercially or for free, so very surprised HubSpot doesn't have this already. Perhaps it can be added?

Hi team, raising this for a customer here (: It would be really handy if we can pre-fill a form field based on other fields customer filled up. E.g. copy phone property's country code into a custom country code property within forms. Thank you!

Form Submission dates are not a parameter that we can create date stamps on. This is troublesome when trying to enrich previous activities that didn't have automations behind them to set up associated date properties at the time. It isn't a super easy fix, as the information does reside in the Form report view, but it would be great that if one of the parameters for enrollment on a workflow is a specific form submission, that we could use the date of that submission also as an actionable element.

We have several progressive forms in place that utilize several queued fields. We'd like to be able to determine which visit a queued field appears on (if it's not already populated), even if it doesn't match the available progressive fields already answered in the form. Example: The form has 6 fields, 3 of which are progressive. We have 7 queued fields in waiting. If a visitor completes all 3 progressive fields, we want to be able to only display the next 2 queued fields (even though 3 progressive fields were completed). Then display 3 on the next visit, then 2 on the next visit. This feature would give us more control to determine which tier the questions should appear on. Another "nice to have" would also give us the option to select where these fields appear in the form, rather than just at the bottom.

I'd like to be able to use forms for agreements, ie to send a document where an employee enters their name and email address to confirm that they have read and agree to the content of the form. However, when I've tried to create this type of form I can't get the rich text to be included in the submitted form.

Please add a way for the message that is shown at the end or the page that the form redirects to to be different based on the form response. For example if someone selects "Pennsylvania" they can be redirected to schedule a meeting with the sales rep for Pennsylvania. This could benefit Sales and Marketing teams for many different uses like showing different, custom landing pages based on form responses.

We utilize Wufoo for this, but would love to have this ability within HubSpot forms as we build a workflow from Wufoo to HubSpot via zapier anyway. We use a form for vendors who attend our events. Within, we ask them which booth they'd like. Wufoo does a great job of this, as only one of each booth can be "ordered". When the booth form is submitted, that "booth" or property states "0 remaining". I can see this being very beneficial in HubSpot for people registering for events (reserved seating), signing up for an e-course (limited number of attendees), or even when signing up to get a limited time document (10 downloads available!) From Wufoo - About Quantity Fields: This limits the total number of times your users can choose a specific option. Wufoo will check to make sure that the user's selection hasn't hit the submission limit. If the limit is reached, a message will be displayed to the user informing them that the maximum number of submissions have been accepted. A empty value means there is no limit.
