Hi, There is a bug in hubspot for convert a non-hubspot form to a hubspot form, this bug is the unique key that you used to identify the non-hubspot form in hubspot. The Details about this bug: For example, a hubspot client has 3 websites: https://apple.com.au, has 3 gravity forms with id: 1, 2, 3 https://organge.com.au, 3 gravity forms with id: 1, 2, 3 https://banana.com.au, 3 gravity forms with id: 1, 2, 3 So for this client has 9 total gravity forms, and if I want to convert all of them into hubspot, only the final 3 forms will be converted, because hubspot is using their gravity form id as the identity, the same id forms will be override. It is a very serious bug, because if the form is used for newsletter subscription, it will lead the submissons go into wrong newsletter list. Recommendation: Instead of to use the number id as the identity for non-hubspot forms, please use the SHA2 calculation result of (website url+ number id+the convert timestamp) as the non-hubspot form identity. If you do not believe me, you can replicate it by yourself. I experienced it in my last work of convert non-hubspot forms into hubspot forms, and we are a company has multiple brands and websites. I am honestly hope you treat this bug seriously and fix it ASAP, as a developer, I am pretty sure it is very easy to fix. Posting on behalf of a customer: Give customers  the ability to define the country code dropdown menu setting in the form definition.  For example, removing specific countries from the list.   Customer's use case: They need to remove OFAC countries from the country code dropdown menu for legal reasons.   I'm sure there are other use cases to this e.g. only wanting to collect APAC country numbers etc. ...read more

This idea would help sales teams working with government contracts. Currently Hubspot doesn't handle government domains very well. Governments often have the same domain name for multiple independent divisions that are effectively an organization themselves. This means when you use the auto-populate feature when creating a new organization it constantly says "are you sure? this organization already exists" for dozens of divisions with the same domain (i.e. "usda.gov"). This requires us to manually input that information, where private companies are much easier to create with this feature. This also impacts automation on forms. When a government fills out a form and uses their domain, Hubspot automatically updates the oldest company with that domain (e.g. it will take "United States Forest Service" and overwrite it to "White River National Forest") . This means every time a government submits a form to us we have to manually go in and revert the changes, or omit all company fields from every form and create automation to push duplicated contact fields into company fields as a secondary process, which is a significantly more complex and fragile structure at scale. Improving the way Hubspot handles government domains would dramatically improve the experience for any Hubspot clients that court these organizations. ...read more

Form reporting has slowly been getting better, but is still very limited. Here are a few scenarios we are struggling with.   Report on a group of forms. Example: How are my webinar forms performing over time in terms of views/submissions Report on contacts created from a form or group of forms  Example: How many new contacts did my webinar forms create so I can tell if webinars are helping us create more new leads and not just nurture existing. Forms don't show up in the Original Source / Original Source Drilldown properties to be able to tell if that's what created a contact.  Drill down on a report that lists contacts created from a form or group of forms to see the individual contacts These are some pretty essential questions we need to be able to answer and report on to gauge effectiveness of our marketing and measure results.  ...read more

Currently it is only possible to associate one company when creating a ticket. However, there can be multiple companies involved. The workaround now is to create the ticket and associate the other company when the ticket has been created. This creates an extra step that is sometimes quickly forgotten by employees.   So please enable the option to associate multiple companies in the ticket creation form.   ...read more
