Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

The new auto-formatting and validation feature for phone numbers is a step in the right direction.   However, the current integration seems to be missing the mark with regard to user experience. I was unable to find any articles or posts in the Help Center announcing the new auto-formatting feature. The only Knowlege Base article that pops up when searching "phone number validation" is a detailed breakdown of editing default contact properties, and then there is only a reference to the validation and formatting being applied "automatically by Hubspot based on the country code."   This feature is certainly a step in the right direction, but several improvements are needed to improve the user experience and make the feature more functional overall (noting that recent comments on an "old" idea thread are already being discussed here; skip to page 7).   Suggested improvements include:   Global Setting to Enable/Disable auto-formatting at the account level - currently, the feature is enabled by default with no disable setting available Global Setting to assign a default Country Code - currently, the Country Code must be selected manually for every new contact (see screenshot below) Bulk edit phone numbers to apply Country Code format & validation -- currently, only able to apply formatting & validation when editing one individual contact at a time OR when adding to new contacts manually added (not via web forms -- this is needed, too) Retain "number only" format for export and/or sync to other apps or integrations to remove non-number characters (parentheses, plus sign, spaces) Default behavior of phone number formatting & validation when creating a new contact:     There are likely other enhancements that other users, especially those not based in the US, would appreciate. ...read more

I would like to see the option to unpublish a form and or to set a limit to the submissions. For example I would like to set a limit of 100 submissions due to a webinar subscription.   November 7, 2022 Edit: 931 days and counting. I need some way to see all of the places my form is located/embedded (both internal and external to HubSpot). Right now, the closest I can get is by looking at where the form is converting. As I currently understand it, leveraging reports isn't an option because I can't engage with forms as an object that way. Thanks! ...read more

For example, if you add new checkboxes for a multiple checkbox property that is already used in forms, these newly added checkboxes will also appear in all existing forms where the property is used. It would be helpful to be able to decide whether to include the newly added checkboxes in the existing forms or not - and I am not talking about the on/off switch for "use in forms". We needed the newly added checkboxes only for 1 form and had to remove them manually from all other forms which was very time consuming. ...read more

I would love to be able to archive forms we no longer use or need. I don't like deleting forms because I don't want to lose the data, but I also want to get the unused forms out of the way (out of sight, out of mind) to make it easier to manage the forms we are still using. ...read more

I would love to have my team CC'd to the same form submission email so the team can "Reply to all" when a submission has been responded to or taken care of. To be specific, our form submissions are geared toward Prospects, but occasionally, we have a Customer submit a form. When that happens, one of us helps them create a Support Ticket or connects them with our internal Support Team. Right now, we have no easy way to let the rest of our Sales team know that a support ticket was created for that customer.   If I could see all the users CC'd to the form submission email, I could hit "Reply to all" to give the whole team an update so we don't end up doing redundant work. ...read more
