Hi Hubspot,   We've been using your awesome product for almost 5 years now.   We work with multiple brands and use Hubspot forms for all of our client and customer relationships and management - for example: signing a non-disclosure agreement form on Hubspot which is found on a Hubspot landing page.   When a form is submitted, relevant people are notified and the email notification is sent to the client. The problem that we have and have always experienced, is the need to download the form submission into a pdf.   If a client of ours is not a Hubspot user, then they can't access the information and really need a pdf version of the form to safeguard. An email notification doesn't legally work and they need a copy of the form submission in case they want to print it out.   I really think allowing users to download a form submission into a pdf would be a smart idea! I feel like it would be valuable to add a pause feature to the forms feature.  I have a form that I'm using that is only open for submissions for about 6 months of the year.  Because we send the link to the form to our members in multiple ways, just disabling the form on our website isn't enough.  If we could deactivate or pause the form, that would be helpful. ...read more

Filing on behalf of a customer -    Hi team, it'd be amazing if we could consider implementing a functionality where customers can disable some of the options on a dropdown form field whilst still having them displayed (ie. certain options greyed out and unselectable).    Currently, we are only able to remove the options entirely from the form editor. To achieve the desired effect, I believe developer muscle and custom solutions via coding is required to add a 'disable' attribute to the form HTML.    If we could develop an additional setting natively on the tool, to simply disable (not remove) the dropdown options, it would be extremely beneficial.    Appreciate your consideration, team!  ...read more

I would like to be able to export all form submissions at once - consolidated into one excel or csv file or individual files since each form would have different fields/headers.   Currently, I need to go to my forms dashboard, hover over each form until the actions menu appears and select export submissions. Then, from my notifications, I need to download each individual file.    Ideally, there would be an "Export all" option in the forms dashboard similar to the existing "Export emails" functionality. ...read more

Migrated from legacy feedback forum with 57 votes.   Hi, We need to be able to set a max-length on the multi-line text fields on forms, with a counter (for usability) regularly our forms will not sync with salesforce as users are inputing over the 255 character limit on fields for Salesforce sync settings. It would be great to have the possibility to filter Contacts by Conversion Pages (Conversion URLs) using regular expressions. Nowadays is possible to do this for Page views (see image), but not for conversion pages. When trying to filter contacts by form submissions HubSpot only allows to select one specific page (URL). HubSpot records the Conversion page value in the submission analytics section of each form.    ...read more

I have 100 forms and I want to organize lists of contacts based on the date when they last submitted each form. Currently, I need to create a workflow that assigns the form submission date to a custom contact property...and then I need to repeat that process 100 times (as detailed here)   If I ever delete a form, I then need to delete the custom contact property and the workflow...or enjoy the clutter that comes with an increasing number of unused workflows and properties.   Hubspot, show me the power of automation! Right now there is only option to choose a single value from the select box, it would be great if there are multiple choices for the user to select from select box. If I choose checkbox instead there is a long list and form goes long down, that's weird as per design prospective. ...read more
