Hiya! 😊   I've been manually calculating drop-off rates for an audit I'm doing on different forms in HubSpot. How awesome would it be to have HubSpot automatically calculate this? Or even better, have the specific field where the user stopped completing a form!   For now, here's my calculation for drop-offs%: Interactions-Submissions= Drop offs. Drop offs/Interactionsx100 = Percentage of drop-offs   Example: Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is x%.   1693-721= 972 972/1693= 0,575 0,575x100= 57%   Out of the 1,693 interactions we have 721 successful submissions which indicates the drop-off rate is 57%.   Thank you! ...read more

We have multiple pipelines in the new Service Hub's Help Desk that are used to create ticketing spaces for different departments. We would like to make forms that allow people to create a ticket by inputting information, however, we have to tie any ticket form to a group inbox and not individual pipelines. Our teams would find it really beneficial to allow the ticket to pop up in a specific pipeline instead of in a general group inbox and have to make a few automations to get the ticket where it needs to go. ...read more

Today, we only can place the CTA of a form below the form. In the case of a single-field form (such as a newsletter subscription), it would be very useful to be able to place the CTA to the right of the field. 👍   ...read more

Hi,    I would like to request a feature for a multi-step form to be created within 1 Hubspot Lead form, without the need to create multiple forms and redirect via the submission button. My team wants more options on the create leads form when we bulk create leads from the contacts page. We would like to be able to make a custom view and then check all of the names on the list and click the +Create leads at the top. Currently, the form that comes up only has two questions, Lead Pipeline Stage and Lead Owner. We would like it to have the same amount of options as the lead form when you create the Lead from an individual contact record or the Lead Prospecting page. (see last picture) This would allow our sales teams to make a custom view base on their different call projects and then make leads for them. Then they could update the Stage as the work through their different projects without impacting the properties on the contact record.     ...read more

Now that we have to have active user accounts created for any email address recieving form notifications, it would be really helpful to add a column showing the users receiving submission notifications on forms view so we can manage this at a glance as staff changes, without having to open and edit every form record just to check. ...read more

It would be nice if HubSpot could remove the current requirement on forms that when a form is submitted, a contact's lifecycle stage must be set to something. We are attempting to use a form for RSVP purposes for existing customers, so we do not need to have their lifecycle stage set to anything. We could just have the it set their lifecycle stage to "customer" (what they are already labeled as), but we've found that a few non-customers have snuck in and filled out this form, so we would not want them getting set as a customer. When the old pop ups in forms were discountiued we lost this functionality. We would like to have an option to create a small pop up that upon clicking the next step button will display a form step instead just showing the whole form altogether at the first step.   step 1 step 2 ...read more

I'd love to see an option on the forms associated with meeting links to shorten the form displayed for the contact if the value is already known in the CRM.  We use these meeting links on our website, and other selections on our website can pre-populate the form, but the pre-populated properties still show on the form for the lead.  For example, we have logic in our website built by our Dev team that pre-populates a Location property in the book a demo meeting link form based on the "country flag" selected on an earlier page to tell us the location of the contact, but we still need that pre-populated data submitted on the form iteself to have the update made in Hubspot. For context, sometimes we need them to select certain values before they reach the form itself, because we use it to identify which meeting link associated with which market and team within that market we want to send the lead to. But also need the form to then submit that data to Hubspot.   It would be great if, like the actual Hubspot Forms tool, values that we're populating behind the scenes on the meeting link forms could be "Hidden" for the lead so we can keep our form nice and short and potentially increase conversions, but still make sure all the data collected by our website is making it to Hubspot.    Please upvote if your team also needs this!!       ...read more
