The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

Dear all,   I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding our recent subscription to Hubspot. One of the key features that led us to choose Hubspot was the "folders" solution, which promised to streamline our newsletter organization by allowing us to categorize them by year, month, and country.   However, upon activating our subscription, we were dismayed to discover that this functionality no longer exists. This has significantly disrupted our workflow and raised concerns about how we will manage the organization of hundreds of files each year.   We reached out to the Hubspot team 20 days ago regarding this issue but have yet to receive any response. Despite following up today, we are still awaiting a resolution. It is deeply disappointing that such a fundamental and useful feature has been removed without explanation.   I urge the team at Hubspot to address this matter urgently and reinstate the folder functionality as soon as possible. ADD FOLDER FILTER   Currently, when you send a one-to-one email, you can select Templates, and choose to filter the Templates by the Owner.   It would be very nice to have the option to filter by the Owner AND the Folder.   We are given folders to organize our Templates when creating them, but no access to the folders specifically when search within a Contact Page.   **Folders are accessible on the Mobile app, but not on the Desktop.       FIXED ORDER FOR TEMPLATES   We organize our Templates by name and want the most frequently used Templates in order.   We use numbers in the Template Name to achieve some order, however it's a very finicky system. As you can see, '10' comes after '1', skipping '2', '3', and '4' etc...   Please fix this... or better yet... Please give us the the option of arranging a FIXED order for the Templates we want to see listed here. ...read more

It would be really nice to have the ability to share documents in the Customer portal. E.g. Service agreements, Quotes, Documents concerning the products delivered etc. It would be of great value that it could be gatheres behind the login the customer has to the portal. ...read more

Sometimes I need to look for old attachments in a company account, for example when an offer was sent from a former employee of the firm. However there is no efficient way of searching through the attachments, but to go down a list one by one. Depending on the account, there can be hundreds of attachments, especially when company logos in email signatures are saved. My department uses a lot of transparent-background PNGs of white icons. Unfortunately they're practically impossible to see on the preview of the Insert Image window (see below).   We can, of course, whittle this down by searching for the file name, but we've got multiple people creating and uploading these and sometimes the filenames don't make sense to you (one example would be you're looking for the hammer icon, but that file was named "construction").   We often know what we're LOOKING for, but don't know what it's named. Being able to see the image previews would help us find the icon we're looking for just by sight.   Not sure what the solution is, maybe some sort of "dark mode" toggle or something? ...read more
