Would like the option to associate the "Documents" that are uplaoded and tracked in the Sales>Documents section to companies, contacts and other ojects.   Right now if you want to associate your document with a company you have to download it from the document section, upload it as a file and attach to a company or contact record that way. You lose all view info and it doesn't link back through to the documents portal.   Add a "Documents" card to the sidebar of company, contact and other objects then. In the same way that "attachments" to get visibility from a company record of the associated documents with this company. See views and any other info you would in the Documents portal. ...read more

I think having the option to auto-sort all media uploads from a form into a folder in the files section would be extremely useful. At the moment when someone uses a form that asks for a media upload, the file sits in the form submission section and is attached to a contact, making it hard to find and sort.  Having the option to send the files to a folder would make this much easier to sort through. For instance, we are asking some of our customers to send in handover pictures of their new cars. If we get hundreds of submissions this means we will have to save each file one by one, when a folder with them in it would save a tonne of time.  ...read more

How cool would it be to sort modules by folder in the content builder? For example, in Design Manager I'll create an folder within the "modules" directory in my theme called "New Update 2022" and add a bunch of modules inside of it. So if I now open the Content Editor, I have modules listed under "New Update 2022".   Instead of it being lumped out with other theme modules its  categorized as per the folders in the "modules" folder in the theme. This would immensily help with structuring themes and child themes specifically, especially when it comes down to handing over work from developers to marketing. ...read more

Hi there,   we're facing the following challenge: We're using business units to manage our two brands in HubSpot. From external it should not be guessable that those two brands belong to the same company.   So hosting files in the file manager is a problem for us because you can only select one domain for the entire HubSpot account.   We don't want to use the HubSpot default domain:   And not either can we use one of the two brand domains that are connect with HubSpot because with that the files from brand B will be stored in the domain of brand A.   We're aware of the option to change the domain for single files. But this is not practicle for us.     What we need: We need the option to separte the file manager when using business units. We need to be able to select different domains for the storage for each business unit and therefore the option to select the desired file manager domain when uploading data into the file manager.   Let me know what you - the community and the HubSpot product team - think about this.   Cheers, Laura   ...read more

1. This is for anyone using the CMS platform.  2. Our goal is to bulk delete all images in HubSpot that are not being used on CMS pages.  3. The value of this is time-saving. My client is a custom home builder. They have hundreds of images and multiple copies of the same image living in HubSpot. They want to clean up their portal by deleting unused images but there is no easy or convenient way to do this now.  4. Not to my knowledge.  5. I imagine when in Files, once you select images, there is the "Active files" or "Archived files" dropdown. Perhaps in Active files, there is the checkbox that says "Show all unused images."
