Please add a way to save alt text at the file manager level where we save images in HubSpot, so the images will be automatically paired with alt text each time we use the image on HubSpot, unless we make edits to alt text on an individual page/post. We need this feature so we can realistically add alt text to all images across all landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, etc. This is an important accessibility issue, and adding alt text should be easier and less time-consuming for content generators so we can implement it across all of our HubSpot platforms.   We can currently only add alt text for one post a time, one image at time. When I place an image on a page, I always change the alt tag because I don't want my file name to be the alt tag. However, sometimes I need to find those files later and there is no easy way to do that within Hubspot. Can there be a way within the page editor that it shows the original file name?   Thank you! ...read more

Why is it that when I select 'move to folder' in lists, forms, workflows, or marketing emails, it copies the list and pastes it into the folder, however, it doesn't remove it from the all lists selection?    It's a copy to folder, not a move to folder issue. Hi   I have noticed that files added in the Hubspot>Marketing>Files have a possibility to change their names. Great feature. Recently I have discovered that these new names are NOT visible in the browsers - the old name (that potentially we want to hide from the users) is visible instead.    In my case, those were some silly working titles, but it could be something confidential or embarrassing, right?   I would love to see the possibility to change meta titles of files, as HS suggests, or to have clear information about those names in the HS (marketing>files). TLDR; It should be possible to get the files or folders from the Root/Home level in the HubSpot File Manager with the search API (already works for sub-levels) for example with the parameters parentId=null or path="/".   With the V3 Files search API you are able to get files or folders from a specific folder.   You are however not able (confirmed by HubSpot support) to get files or folders from the Home/Root folder of the File Manager. Meaning as of posting  this idea, it is not possible to request the root level, and then continue down to sub-levels. Your only option is to start at a sub-level or to request all the files/folders in the entire HubSpot file manager.   This is needed for a lot of features that need to traverse the files/folder hierarchy. Within a company profile, you can add attachments but they have a low file size limit and can't accept PPTs. It would be nice if the company attachments had the same options as files uploaded in the file manager.  ...read more

As we also offer trial versions, having metrics such as who/when/how many times the files has been viewed/downloaded will be useful.
