The Documents feature is severely lacking in extensibility, where you can only create one level of subfolders and the documents can't be grouped in any way—they are just presented as a random assortment of files and folders. There really needs to be at least a folder structure where documents can be better organized, that is presented through the web GUI, and even better if it can be managed through the browser extensions.

Currently, when exporting files, they can only be exported as a zip file. It would be great if we had the option to export a text-version of our files (file URL, file name, etc.) as an xlxs file like we can our object records.

I've got our videos hosted on HubSpot and placed on our site with a lightbox. It's working great but I don't love that the video menu offers the option to download the video. I would love a way to turn this off.

When tracking is enabled, it seems that links are redirected through a non-HTTPS site. This will cause the latest version of Google Chrome to block download links through email with tracking enabled. This may happen with live chat too, I am not sure. Our customers are not able to download files from us if they are using Google Chrome and it's causing issues for us. I am hoping that HubSpot can create a fix for this and redirect links through a secure site.

We currently receive numerous emails with various reports as attachments. When we click on them, we are taken to a file preview page. The page shows the file name, extension and size. From there we need to download the file to see its contents. It would be very helpful if the file preview pane allowed the ability to preview a snapshot of the file instead of just the name.

It would be helpful to sort our files in a bit more detailed manner. Currently I am looking for all files uploaded as a document (example gated white papers) however the endless sea of resumes that have been uploaded have buried everything and made the file type near impossible to use.

When uploading files in the File manager and using a specific domain to generate links to those files used in webpages, there is no easy way to replace those links in pages if we decide to use another domain down the line. The only option currently is to manually go into each page and edit the direct links to those files. Here's a quick example of this: Initial domain: www.abc.com All my files become linked with www.abc.com/hubfs/12356etc I change domains to www.123.com but the file on my webpage doesn't update accordingly, instead it still directs to www.abc.com/hubfs/12356etc. This can make the change tedious for people with multiple pages and or modules that utilise those file links.

The ability to export file uploads from form submissions that include contact properties and the ability to export more than 10 files at a time and also includes an identifier to the contact OR ability to export with selected properties. Rather than open the contact go to the file upload property export the file and then copy-paste the corresponding custom properties — exporting 1 by 1 (over 1000 files) just isn't realistic and exporting 10 at a time with NO contact identification serves no purpose.

Role: End user Goal: User wants to upload a heavy video file via HubSpot file manager Value: User will know that the video file will not be uploaded and will try to figure out some other solution instead of waiting on the file to be uploaded. Repro steps: Open File manager Try to upload video in size over 2.5GB (size is not defined by HubSpot, this is from my specific case) Video is stuck on loading even though it is not uploaded Current behaviour: The UI shows loading bar as if the video is being uploaded when in fact it is not. The loading bar is shown until the page is refreshed. This creates an issue for the end user because the user is waiting for the file to upload, while in the back nothing is happening. Suggested behaviour: It would be great if user would receive a notification/pop-up that'd say "File too big, please compress it before upload." or something similar. In my case HubSpot support suggested Handbrake open-source software to me and I compressed the video. This would be really helpful as part of the notification as well.
