Everyone makes mistakes. Sometimes that mistake is uploading a giant file to the HubSpot files when you meant to add a different one. Being able to pause or stop my file upload (a tiny 'x' to the side of the progress bar) would save the day! Otherwise, I have to wait for my giant file to upload before my correct files will upload... and I have to come back later to delete my incorrect file. Woops!

We need a system where contracts and other important documents are filed together with the Deal, the Contact or the Company. That way everybody can follow what has been agreed on. It is not enough to have it as an attachment to an e-mail as it disappears in the crowd. It would be nice if it was arranged in the right side of the screen just as "Attachments" are today. That way we can avoid keep looking outside HubSpot for being able to handle the clients properly.

I'm quite surprised this is not an option, but when you load a Sales Document and have shared it, you can't go back later and replace it (say your content changed slightly) so you have to create a whole new document and lose your sharing data. Please add the functionality from Marketing Files - "Replace" to allow the file to be updated as changes are made. Or better yet, allow for the Sales Document to tie into the File Manager so if marketing updates a file, it would update for sales automatically. Similar to how a CTA auto-updates when the file is connected from File Manager.

Because Hubspot is a customer relationship management system, i thought it would be good to have built within it, a better way for staff to review support and customer services documents when talking with customers. We are looking at setting this up outside of Hubspot in something like Microsoft SharePoint or even something as simple as Slack's version Tettra. One of the drawbacks of using the drag & drop editor for email is that we don't have access to the email <head> ... meaning we cannot inject custom fonts into the email aside from the "email safe" and "webfonts" that the HubSpot WYSIWYG editor offers. In order to take our emails to the next level, we need the ability to import our custom brand fonts, or at a minimum, google font alternatives. It's possible to build a template in the legacy email builder with custom fonts, it feels like we're taking a step backwards by using the drag and drop editor.

Request: Auto-Sync tool to move images From Google Drive to HubSpot File Manager. Goal: Move tested/qualified/approved Image(s) automatically from Google Directory to the Hubspot File Manager. Replacing manual process of uploading images. Process Flow: 1) QA would qualify SEO Image(s) and move them to a drive/directory located on Google Drive. 2) Hubspot would monitor Google Drive 3) Hubspot would then move the new image into the Hubspot file manager 4) Use Hubspot internal email to notify Product Marketing/Product Development about new images. Current Process: 1) QA moves the Qualified image(s) to Google drive/directory 2) QA notifies DEVOPs of the new image(s) to be moved to HubSpot 3) DEVOP's manual process to move new image file(s) from Google Drive and upload new images to Hubspot File Manager. 4) DEVOPs contacts Product Marketing/Product Development about new images available for Web, Landing Pages, Forms, and other uses. Note: Current manual process works for a hundred plus images, but broke down quickly when we reach over 1,000's images in multiple files. Additional Request: For Directory Taxonomy Structure on Google Drive be duplicated within HubSpot File Manager. Thank You

Our graphic designer and other content creators often need to work with an image--e.g. add a new one or replace an old one when our product gets updated--then click over to the page where the image is used to make updates (e.g. re-add the image to make sure the URL gets changed, change alt text, etc.) Good news! There's a handy "File usage" section of the file details that shows where the image is used and provides links to edit those pages. Bad news: While this works well for blog posts and marketing pages, it does not work for knowledge base articles. The link provided takes us to something that looks like the blog post editor, not to the normal knowledge base article editor. And you can't actually edit anything once you're there. This seems like an obvious design mistake that should be easily rectified.

When conversing back and forth via notes you can create a note and attach a file but you cannot reply to that note with a file attached, only placed or embedded. It would help cut down on repettativenes and multiple notes to keep it within one note chain. Kind of like how the image below is embedded and not attached. Depending on your window size it is hard to read. Allowing attached files on notes would make sharing working files much quicker and easier. Example

So the forms tool currently allows users to add a file upload field and it's very useful, but not always intuitive for the end user who is submitting the form. It seems that you need to select all the desired files from the dialogue box at once when uploading multiple files. If you select one file, upload it to the form, then click the Choose File button again, the second file that is selected will overwrite the prior selection. It can make it seem like the form does not allow uploading multiple files at all to the contacts interacting with that content. There is no prompt/instruction indicating that they need to be selected together at the same time. It would be great if HubSpot could implement the functionality to be able to add the files one at a time to account for users/contacts who may not be familiar with how to select mulitple files at once in the dialogue box.
