When you upload files to HubSpot via a landing page, email, social post, etc., the default File URL is set to the out-of-the-box URL and not the branded custom URL set up for our company. When I make the change to swap the URL from the drop-down list available in the "edit file" window, the change doesn't take. I can view the file in the browser with the URL I want, but then I need to manually update the download button to these files wherever they live. If I want to use the "File Download" option under "Edit Button" it defaults to the same, long and unbranded URL. This is a major flaw unless I'm missing something but I also spoke to Hubspot support about this. If we create a custom domain for our company, we should be able to make this the default for files, landing pages, web copy of email etc.
