There needs to be a way to globally disable Hubspot's image compression. Now that most people look at emails on a mobile device, it is important to have large images for retina. So compressing everything until they are blurry is unacceptable. Emails are also more image heavy so adding "?noresize" to every single image is extremely tedious. ...read more

It would be super helpful to have access to the deleted files from attachments. It's strange to me that we don't because it asks you in a check box if you want to permanently delete or you can leave it unchecked and still delete which led me to believe that I could retrieve it if necessary.  ...read more

I'm currently missing the opportunity to share and edit a document with multiple people in hubspot. For this reason collaborative documents would be a good feature for everyone . The only workaround to share and edit documents with multiple people at this time is to share them via link, download, edit and upload again. Today I found out that any file attachments sent via Gmail, with a log feature "on" or sent via "send later" of the HS plugin, will be added to HS File Manager - which can be indexed or crawled by Search Engine.   This can pose a serious issue especially when we're communicating with our clients and that we attach any sensitive files and those files are added to the File Manager. Since HS Support suggested that our content such as whitepaper or guide be stored on a folder with a No follow and No index tag on them via the robot txt, I'd conclude that any files not stored in that folder will have the potential to be found via search engine.   I highly suggest that HS add a feature where any files attachment added this way will be stored in their server without search engines being able to crawl or index them. We currently receive numerous emails with various reports as attachments.  When we click on them, we are taken to a file preview page.  The page shows the file name, extension and size.  From there we need to download the file to see its contents.  It would be very helpful if the file preview pane allowed the ability to preview a snapshot of the file instead of just the name.   ...read more

My company uses the Outlook integration with HubSpot so emails from Outlook can also be logged to the contact record in HubSpot. At one point, we enabled the logging of attachments as well. However, attachments that are logged to a contact record due to the Outlook integration are not easily accessible. I was told by a HubSpot rep that these attachments are saved to the File Manager, but are hidden. As such, customers cannot access these files. I need a way to easily delete certain attachments/files, without having to go to each individual contact record in HubSpot to delete the attachment. The ability to add a link to documents that have been attached to the record level would make document management much easier when making HubSpot your single source of truth. The ideal functionality would be an additional attachments section at the top of the email creation model.  That button would allow a user to add a link to a document in the email similar to how the quotes button works.    This would allow HubSpot users to get one step closer to making HubSpot the single source of truth for their sales and service teams. With any document that has been sent to the user this way, the HubSpoter would gain the ability to see opens of documents, documents that would not make sense to add to the standard sales documents.
