Here's an issue we're having that may have an "easy" solve. We have multiple subdomains with team-restricted folders for File storage. So the "Ironwood" team's images and documents are supposed to be saved in the "Ironwood" folder, for example. If people think to load a file to their folder and THEN use it on a web page, there are no concerns. However, it's a lot more convenient when you edit a page to just upload the resource as you edit, but the file ends up in the general Files area and is accessible by anyone. Something that would greatly improve the user experience with the file manager would be to have file view options, especially for images. When you are in a folder with dozens or hundreds of different images or documents, it would be nice to have an option to have larger previews.    Additionally, and also related to the File Manager, having a better mass file import / upload tool would be amazing. Similar to Google Drive, it would be nice to be able to upload items more efficiently. Right now, when I try to upload multiple image files over 1mb error boxes come up. We currently use Google sheets to create and send invoices. We plan to start using Hubspot. It would be great if there was a functionality to bulk import old invoices into the invoice object that we can then connect to deals, so we have all historical and present invoicing data in one place. ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

Dear all,   I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding our recent subscription to Hubspot. One of the key features that led us to choose Hubspot was the "folders" solution, which promised to streamline our newsletter organization by allowing us to categorize them by year, month, and country.   However, upon activating our subscription, we were dismayed to discover that this functionality no longer exists. This has significantly disrupted our workflow and raised concerns about how we will manage the organization of hundreds of files each year.   We reached out to the Hubspot team 20 days ago regarding this issue but have yet to receive any response. Despite following up today, we are still awaiting a resolution. It is deeply disappointing that such a fundamental and useful feature has been removed without explanation.   I urge the team at Hubspot to address this matter urgently and reinstate the folder functionality as soon as possible. ADD FOLDER FILTER   Currently, when you send a one-to-one email, you can select Templates, and choose to filter the Templates by the Owner.   It would be very nice to have the option to filter by the Owner AND the Folder.   We are given folders to organize our Templates when creating them, but no access to the folders specifically when search within a Contact Page.   **Folders are accessible on the Mobile app, but not on the Desktop.       FIXED ORDER FOR TEMPLATES   We organize our Templates by name and want the most frequently used Templates in order.   We use numbers in the Template Name to achieve some order, however it's a very finicky system. As you can see, '10' comes after '1', skipping '2', '3', and '4' etc...   Please fix this... or better yet... It would be really nice to have the ability to share documents in the Customer portal. E.g. Service agreements, Quotes, Documents concerning the products delivered etc. It would be of great value that it could be gatheres behind the login the customer has to the portal. ...read more
