It is a common practice between B2B companies to send samples and/or prototypes to their clients in order to show the quality of their products. In most of these cases the samples are used to validate and certificate us as a suppliers or partners. This a very common activity between B2B companies, and most of the times are a must to reach a Deal. In HubSpot there is no possibility to record these activities (recording samples data and shipments and subsequent actions of follow up) and after that follow up them wit h new actions. So, I would like to propose to add a new button to the other ones (meetings, calls.....). This new additional button might be label as SAMPLES. Simply It can be seen as a special type of task. About, How it might be configured and work?. Here you have my idea of its functionality. This new button, being a special type task, could be like the one it is use to record and track tasks, with the same functionality. It can be like the tasks one that we have available today. So simply... the function SAMPLES could be constructid as a copy paste of Tasks. So for HubSpot app developers it should be an easy going implementation work. Let's say that a duplo of task register fields just changing TASK by SAMPLES title would be ok. Pls consider to implement such a NEEDED functionality in HubSpot for B2B companies. We cann't use the other ones (notes, task, calls, meetings....) to get the functionality we are missing. Thanks for your help on doing our business life a bit easier with a more useful HubSpot CRM.
