Why is it that when I select 'move to folder' in lists, forms, workflows, or marketing emails, it copies the list and pastes it into the folder, however, it doesn't remove it from the all lists selection?    It's a copy to folder, not a move to folder issue. Hubspot allows you to upload single images to a URL that you can share, publicly. I am working on a project where I need tracking for several images (100+) so a folder within the File Manager so I can send it as it's own link.  ...read more

We need to be able to limit access to the file area in a contact record for certain users. We want to be able to upload contracts, but yet, don't want everybody with a Hubspot login to view those documents.   We also don't want to limit those people to only view contacts they own as we need our admin person to access info for the contact... just not the contract.    Being able to adjust user permissions specific to the file area would be a big benefit. ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

It would be helpful to be able to add an attachment from the "Create [Object]" record form. Currently, when creating an object record (i.e. a ticket), users must create the object record, go into the new record, and then attach the file. It would streamline the process and save time to be able to attach the file during the initial record creation step.   I see that there are already enhancements being made to the functionality of attachments (see the thread linked below). It would be very helpful if there was an option to view the file manager thumbnails (specifically images) larger. It is very hard to tell what an image is by the small thumbnails being used now. Also, knowing not all team members use the appropriate naming conventions, you can't always seach for an image by its name.  ...read more
