Present visitors who mark a Knowledge Base article as unhelpful with a form to submit specific feedback as to why the article was not helpful. This would allow us to actually address the issues that visitors are experiencing.   Idealy with the feedback form would allow for the option for both multiselect choices of common issues and open text fields for more specific feedback.   Would be great to be able to see this feedback data from the Knowledge Base Insights dashboard. ...read more

Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc.    Something like this (very basic example).   This is much more powerful and will have significantly higher response rates than getting feedback after the ticket is closed by sending the survey via email. Also included in this feature should be that if there was a contact associated with the chat, the survey results should be saved in their account, and in the reporting area of hubspot, I should be able to get reports based on these survey results.  ...read more

Feedback surveys only allow two ways to customize the design in the Theme section: Replace featured image (no resizing possible) Change color of header bar Result is Feedback Surveys do not align with brand standards and do not send an obvious signal to customers that they are legitimately from us.    Would like ability to create/change Feedback Survey Theme (templates) to align with our brand standards.   Full functionality would include this in Design Manager, similar to Pages, Emails, Posts, etc. At a minimum, would expect to see options to change the Featured Image size and layout, enabling designs similar to those featured in HubSpot's article on well-designed surveys.     ...read more

Custom surveys are great. That's a step in the right direction. However, feedback/surveys can't be associated with tickets (manually or automated). Only NPS surveys show up on the ticket in the Recent Feedback section in the assocations panel. This limits automation and makes it harder for our support team. Feedback workflows are also limited in enrollmenet criteria.  Use case: We have a custom survey for cancellations that is triggered using the custom survey recipients criteria (email survery), but we want to run automation and change statuses on the ticket when the survey is complete. Right now there is no direct way to do that since the ticket workflow can't listen for survey responses to automatically change the status. It also makes reporting limited since you have to go off the contact association.  ...read more

There is currently no way to exclude specific contacts from the getting a CES.  This functionality should be added.  We have some customers that have specifically requested not to get the survey anymore, and there is no way to do this if we open a support ticket for them. Right now, in the new Custom Surveys, you can add the reports in the Analyse tabs to a Dashboard if it is a Custom Question but you can't for NPS scores.   This feels like a major oversight to me because including NPS in a Dashboard, that can then be sent to Company Leaders or seen next to other relevant stats, seems like it should be basic included functionality.   Simply allowing for the pre-built NPS reports that already exist in the Analyse tab of the Survey to be added to a Dashboard would be a massive win.   Also, I think the same is true for CSAT & CE scores, so if that's the case those should also be able to be added to Dashboards. ...read more

I have a couple of NPS surveys set up in Hubspot and I am asked to provide analysis across the different NPS surveys to different teams.    I am able to set up a Report which combines the NPS feedbacks received with filtering for certain Company or Contact property. What I would like to have is to have a visualization that calculates the NPS over time for the data that I filtered. This doesn't seem to be possible currently. This feature seems to exist already in the Customer feedback Analysis tab but I cannot add those graphs to any Dashboards for reporting purposes. ...read more
