Can a feature be created that allows us to view any replies we do to NPS surveys. For example when we get passives or detractors we want to reach out and let them know we will investigate for future. At the moment theres no way to filter to see which ones we're reponded and what still needs responded to. We can only see customer responses.

In our company we have to create a lot of surveys every quarter. If you are too fast HubSpot will lock you out and prevent more surveys from being created. The timer seems to be 4 surveys in 10 - 15 minutes even if those surveys are clones. This lockout is unacceptable for a mid-sized company and throttles your workflow arbitrarily. Please either change the lockout criteria (X per day and then block for Y minutes), show the lockout time or remove it completely.

We'd appreciate a folder feature for the feedback survey menu. Right now all surveys reside in one big list which makes it complicated to handle if you send out many surveys to your users. The folder structure of the workflow menu (folders within folders possible) would be welcome.

Hi, Surveys in HS should be able to track active capture, meaning if the contact hasn't submited the survey we should be able to see all questions answers.

Today many companies work with customers from different countries and languages. At the moment it is not possible to translate the feedback surveys, so a survey must be created for each language, but this does not allow to have the metrics of this survey centralized, since each one will have its metrics separately. The goal would be to have the possibility of translating the surveys into different languages but to have the responses centralized in one place since they are the same questions anyway.

Many people think that 7-8 rating is good and a coloured template might help receiver to understand the logic of NPS rating and optimise results. Would it be possible to have such template?

Hello! Our company has a certain size that requires testing for all aspects, especially outgoing communication. Currently it's not possible to test a feedback survey mutliple times on the same contact (without having to wait a minimum 1 month). Due to this, we are unable to use HubSpot as a customer survey tool. Please enable this function asap! 🙂

Formatting is very limited in surveys. I want to be able to add images and text so we can present different visual options to people for them to select which one resonates best with them. For example, which product pacakaging and proposition is most appealing. Ideally in a 2 column structure with image left and text right.
