For CSAT, I would like to be able to set a task only for the feedback that has been provided with text.

We think it would be quite useful to have the option to show the Survey based on a users login. - Once the user has logged in then it appears on the chosen URL but only based off of that users login information. - Or even to have the option for the NPS survey to be triggered after a certain number of logins by a user e.g. after the 3rd login. That way you could target repeat users.

Can you change settings at support feedback survey, so we can edit all texting/questions...,? Would be great to make it more personal/suitable. thanks!

I find it super weird and worrying when a product company does not use their own tool internally. I just received a customer satisfaction survey from Hubspot, which is using NiceReply!! Would LOVE to understand why the Hubspot CS team are not using native tools 🤷‍ ♀️

Perhaps this already exists, in which case I'm open to instructions on how to find it, but I would like for the NPS survey to also automatically calculate the actual Net Promotor Score based on the responses and list this somewhere. Currently I have to manually do this calculation, which seems a bit odd.

I work on the Community Team in my organization, because of this my responsibilities involve everything pertaining to our customers including Feedback Surveys. Currently the only way for completed surveys to come back to us is by giving an email and because of this I receive all completed surveys and then forward them to the company owner, wether that's in my office or our regional offices around the world. My proposal is to introduce the capability of sending completed surveys to company owners.
