We saw recently that the Email Builder has a section where editors can leave comments. This would be a fantastic feature to have on the Blog section as well. Our current process is to write the blog within the Hubspot blog so that we don't have to deal with formatting issues that can occur when copying over from say Word or other platforms.  Then, our team reads the preview and provides edits via email/chat etc. Having the ability to leave comments on the blog draft within Hubspot would help speed our process and keep everything together in one spot.  ...read more

I'm pretty sure this is not the correct forum for this request, but no one is acknowledging my post on the Ideas forum, here... https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Set-quot-Amount-quot-property-to-auto-calculate/idc-p/557738#M101682   Here's what I wrote:   The HubSpot property called "Amount" is used, by default, in the deal summary section (I don't know the official name for this section)...where it shows the deal description, "Amount", Close Date, Stage, and Pipeline.  I need for the Amount property to be auto-calculated based on my needs.  I created a property called "Total Contract Value", that auto-calculates based on certain deal terms.  This is very specific and helpful, whereas "Amount" is nebulous and general.  Worse, "Amount" requires a manual entry, and the deal summary section cannot be modified (at least, that's what I'm told by HubSpot support).   I'd like to propose that HubSpot either:  a) make the "Amount" property modifiable, so that I can change it to a calculation; or b) make that deal summary section modifiable, so that I can replace "Amount" with a property of my choosing.   Is this possible?  Is there a current way to do this that I'm missing?   Thanks, Randy ...read more

It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

Problem: When adding KB articles to a knowledge vault (Breeze > Knowledge > [Vault] > CRM Objects > Add > Knowledge Articles), the list shows all articles without indicating which are already in the vault. This makes it easy to re-select items and slows curation, especially for large KBs. Proposal: Add a toggle “Show only not-yet-added” (default ON). Disable checkboxes for already-added items with an “Already in vault” badge. Optional: add a filter for “Category/Subcategory” and a sort by “Last updated.” Impact: Faster vault curation, fewer duplicates, and a cleaner training set for assistants—improving resolution accuracy and reducing back-and-forth for tier-one tickets. ...read more
