We switched over to Hubspot chat ad few months ago, and sadly our team keep missing the notifications because they have multiple monitors and miss the notifications. It would be great if there was an immediate, persistent desktop pop-up that comes up on their screen once a chat is started, which can't disappear until its been dealt with. From there, they could easily reassign, but it would stop chats being missed.   We have set up a workflow to notify ALL users if the original assignee misses the new chat notification. Still, the minimum time interval is 1 minute for the notification, which is too long for chat. ...read more

What is the point of setting a fiscal year under account settings if you can't use it when setting up a goal? HubSpot, please add the option for users to utilize their fiscal year when creating a goal.   For my company, our fiscal year is July-June. We have Lifecycle stage present on both the Lead/Contact objects in Salesforce.  When setting up the mapping, I would like quick access to the API names of the properties so that I may quickly identify the right field to map. I'm pretty sure this is not the correct forum for this request, but no one is acknowledging my post on the Ideas forum, here... https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Set-quot-Amount-quot-property-to-auto-calculate/idc-p/557738#M101682   Here's what I wrote:   The HubSpot property called "Amount" is used, by default, in the deal summary section (I don't know the official name for this section)...where it shows the deal description, "Amount", Close Date, Stage, and Pipeline.  I need for the Amount property to be auto-calculated based on my needs.  I created a property called "Total Contract Value", that auto-calculates based on certain deal terms.  This is very specific and helpful, whereas "Amount" is nebulous and general.  Worse, "Amount" requires a manual entry, and the deal summary section cannot be modified (at least, that's what I'm told by HubSpot support).   I'd like to propose that HubSpot either:  a) make the "Amount" property modifiable, so that I can change it to a calculation; or b) make that deal summary section modifiable, so that I can replace "Amount" with a property of my choosing.   Is this possible?  Is there a current way to do this that I'm missing?   Thanks, Randy ...read more

Please stop editing the gallery module and put it back the way it was until you can think through all the issues.  The recent change where you have to apply changes each time you add a single image and then go back to the breadcrumb menu to Gallery to add another is cumbersome.  My longtime request to add multiple images at one time has been ignored for years so I have no hope that will actually happen.   Also, if you make a change to the software that will require clearing my cache - yet again - please put that in the Tips bubble before I start to use it.   Unfortunately, you only accept feedback through this forum, not through customer service or I wouldn't put this up in this way.  Also, no 'Boards' selections were appropriate.  Do you want feedback?  Probably not. ...read more

Hey there,    There is an issue in HubSpot regarding the sync of Linkedin Lead Gen Ads into HubSpot.    In the ads activity, Linkedin shows:  - "Linkedin Campaign" - "Linkedin Ad account" - "Linkedin Ad group" Screenshot here: https://www.screencast.com/t/MEkwJ5gwNLl   In Linkedin, there is no such thing as "Linkedin ad group". In Linkedin, we have:  - "Campaign group" - "Campaign" - "Ad"   Also, in HubSpot Workflow, we do not have either "Linkedin ad group", we have the right Linkedin entities. We have an issue with not being able to select multiple files when searching for individual companies with files attached. It currently lets me click one company, but as soon as I search for another company, it unticks the company I had selected, which defeats the object of making life easier and reducing the search time.     In short, what we need is: In the marketing/files section - to be able to search for a company using the search toolbar, tick the company, search for another company, tick the company, and so on, they all stay selected which means I can then export all ticked files attached to those companies, rather than searching these on an individual basis having to go through 100s of pages to find the right company.   Thanks. ...read more
