What is the point of setting a fiscal year under account settings if you can't use it when setting up a goal? HubSpot, please add the option for users to utilize their fiscal year when creating a goal.   For my company, our fiscal year is July-June. A few basic asks here.    1. Can we get a unique meeting ID link to be provided by Salesloft so we can hook in some rules in HS? Right now, meeting link from Salesloft is pretty much just open text.  2. Can there please be an option to include syncing more than 1 contact list? Can't identify who the Contact / CRM owner is in Salesloft without this. 3. Right now in the CRM, access to Dashboards and Reports are combined (Dashboard, reports, and analytics).  We need the ability to separate out Dashboards and/or Reports so they can be managed independently of each other.   We have Roles where the user needs to be able to create and edit their own Reports but not have the ability to create or edit Dashboards, just view them.  Having them combined in the CRM permissions does not allow us to manage this, and are constantly having to clean up Dashboards that are inadvertently created.     ...read more

Sequences are surprisingly limited in the control they allow over delays.    For example, there is currently no way to add a delay at the beginning of a sequence. We want sales people to be able to send a quote, then enrol the person in the sequence immediately, wait X time and if there has been no response to the quote, send the first email in the sequence that says "following up on the quote":.    The problem is that the way sequences are now, the email that's the first step can only send immediately.    I know you can customise this when enrolling people manually, but we want to use a Workflow to enrol people, and there is no way to set a delay in the sequence when using a workflow. Yes we could add a delay in the workflow, but this will then not remove anyone who does reply to the quote in the first place (hence not needing the sequence to send).    The second problem is that the minimum delay between sequences is 1 day. There is no way to trigger something immedialy, or 1 hour/minute later. Only one day. This makes no sense when you're trying to do something like "Task to call contact - completed --> send email immediately about the phone call".    Please allow more control over sequences in the same way most other tools allow, and in the same way you allow more control over regular workflows.  ...read more

We have Lifecycle stage present on both the Lead/Contact objects in Salesforce.  When setting up the mapping, I would like quick access to the API names of the properties so that I may quickly identify the right field to map. I want to so badly leverage the Goals/Forecast/Quota/Sales Analytics sections, however it is of absolute no use to me because "This Quarter" or "This Year" does not provide the option in the dropdown to use "This Fiscal Year/Quarter"  which is 2/1 - 1/31.   There has been some headway on this in custom reporting, but I will have to continue to have to export and manage separately where our sales team for quota attainment for each quarter, or year over year, until this minor feature is unlocked to actually take advantage of this and let other sales management, and reps use.  ...read more

We want to leverage the workflow feature that populates content (original and updates) in a Google Sheet based on an Object's activity. Currently, there's a limit of 20 columns to a row that can be updated, but the KB article states up to 100 columns can be supported (see screenshots).  Usecase:  Our implementations team documents configurations for clients within our custom object. The engineering team needs a place to reference this outside of HubSpot. To avoid duplicate entry, and since the Jira integration does not support custom objects, we were going to port the information to a Google Sheet using a workflow.
