I took advantage of the opportunity to use the future Tasks view early, and one thing that I would like to see added back in is the "Due this week" option in the filters, or even better, the opportunity to look at open tasks between a date range. I often used that to quickly see how many more tasks I had ahead knowing that the later half of my week was busy or to determine if I could take a long weekend. The new view does have the ability to filter and look at the next 7 days, but that bleeds into the next week if I'm looking on a Tuesday for example. If you did develop a Tasks view that would let you filter by date range, that would also be helpful for enabling reallocation of tasks that are scheduled during a time where the user will be unavailable in advance, determining what needs to be moved up and what can be pushed back. I know scrolling ahead in future tasks allows that, but to have the ability to refine to a date range would simplify things. ...read more

We want to leverage the workflow feature that populates content (original and updates) in a Google Sheet based on an Object's activity. Currently, there's a limit of 20 columns to a row that can be updated, but the KB article states up to 100 columns can be supported (see screenshots).  Usecase:  Our implementations team documents configurations for clients within our custom object. The engineering team needs a place to reference this outside of HubSpot. To avoid duplicate entry, and since the Jira integration does not support custom objects, we were going to port the information to a Google Sheet using a workflow. Hi All,   tl;dr Filtering by condition "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]" ignores records where that field is blank. This is just plain inaccurate, and has been fixed and broken, recognized and ignored by turns for at least a year.   Explanation and Rant I am building a report on deals using the new report builder. Several of my filters use the language "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]". These filters do NOT return all deals that fit these criteria because they ignore all deal records where [PROPERTY A] is not known. Support reps seem to be unaware of this bug, or even unwilling to consider it a bug at all.   To put this in simple terms, consider a test involving a line of bottles. Some have blue sand them, some have red sand, some have yellow, some are empty. If I ask you to show me all of the bottles that don't have red sand, and you don't include the empty bottles in your answer, YOU WOULD FAIL THE TEST.   Filters in HubSpot used to work correctly. Then, after an update (about a year ago if memory serves), they stopped including blank entries. Alarm bells went off for many of us as all of our reports suddenly showed vastly different data overnight. Calls were made to support and within a week, HubSpot had released a "fix", of sorts, where you had to specify with each filter whether you wanted to include blank values. Not fixed, obviously, as the filter itself had already specified, logically, whether blank values were to be included, but ok. Then that option went away as the issue was actually fixed. Fantastic! Now the issue is back. I spoke to support a month ago and my rep checked to see if there was any "chatter" from dev about it. Sure enough, there was a known issue. Great, HubSpot's on it. Now, a month later, I call back twice as the issue is persisting and neither support rep is familiar with this or even concerned that reports DON'T DISPLAY THE DATA THEY PURPORT TO DISPLAY, and when they check the chatter, there's no known issue. They also didn't seem super anxious to report this as an issue.   So this is me reporting it as an issue. A really, really big issue. I realize that everyone who reports something broken or missing holds it up as the most glaring, important, deal breaking, earth shattering issue imaginable. I want to so badly leverage the Goals/Forecast/Quota/Sales Analytics sections, however it is of absolute no use to me because "This Quarter" or "This Year" does not provide the option in the dropdown to use "This Fiscal Year/Quarter"  which is 2/1 - 1/31.   There has been some headway on this in custom reporting, but I will have to continue to have to export and manage separately where our sales team for quota attainment for each quarter, or year over year, until this minor feature is unlocked to actually take advantage of this and let other sales management, and reps use.  ...read more

It would be great if HubSpot could have an Canny.io integration. Or add similar features to Service Hub?   Having this functionality would be highly beneficial to our SaaS business.   As a product manager, I want customers to be able to view customer feature requests & road map from our website so that customers and the internal team can track ticket progress and upvote features.    Places where feature should come from: Customer Chatbot/live chat Email Create a post on the website Internal team Create a post on the website Additionally, if this feature could integrate with tools like Linear/Monday.com/Jira so that process would auto-update. ...read more

Network Track Clicks is a measurement that is only available under each post and cannot be included in my social measurement dashboard. Therefore, I cannot track the total number of Network Track Clicks within a given time period. Is there any way to add this metric to the larger dashboard? In its current form, it only tracks Clicks, but I think it would be beneficial if I could track both. ...read more

This is a big issue and flaw (honestly) in the HubSpot design. HubSpot allows different users to upload images that have the same name. Because of this design, we now have to go back through our 100+ marketing emails and change the header to the original image.  Even when you go look at the email it shows the right image but when you click on it, then you see it picks up the other image that is named the same.    A system should at least rename the image if it has the same name. If not, how does the system know what image is the correct one to be displaying? When you have 80+ users, there is no way we can control everyone changing file names.  Please fix this!        ...read more

I would like to be able to have some filtering options so that when a ticket closes, it checks the ticket and would NOT send a survey based on some criteria like a word or phrase in the ticket title.     ...read more
