I was wondering if the deal view tabs (see image below) could have the option to be customised to different colours in order to be grouped and found easier. I think it would be a great option if you were able to turn off associations from deal to deal or pipeline to pipeline. Our company keeps on running into over associating deal activity with other deals that the activity has nothing to do with. This is mostly from employees not remembering to remove associations on that specific activity they are adding. I do think this an unnecassary sales step for them to have to worry about though.  ...read more

From the index view on any object type, we can check boxes to select multiple records and a Bulk Actions menu appears:   Please add the ability to "Bulk Associate" records to this menu.   This should honor the association settings and limits defined on the object settings. For example, if Ticket associations are not enabled, the option to associate a Ticket record won't appear.    Or if there is a finite number of maximum associated records, it would prevent the user from exceeding it via the Bulk Associate action.   It would be even better to set Association Labels in this same manner or remove associations entirely.     ...read more

It would be really useful for there to be an option to notify admins when deals are deleted in HubSpot, in case they are deleted by accident so they can restore the records, or just so the admin team know for their own records. ...read more

the card scanner is great. It currently turns the scanned card into a contact and I have to use that contact to create a deal. I would LOVE IT if scanning a card would create a contact and a deal. I believe forms already has the ability to turn a filled-out form into a deal. ...read more

When adding an attachment to a deal, that attachment should also be added/associated with the associated company and contact records.   I realize every deal can be unique but if a deal is associated to a company/contact record, every attachment should also be added to the associated records.   Example: When I upload an agreement to a deal, I should then be able to view that attachment from the associated company record and/or the associated contact record.     Potential Alternative:  When uploading an attachment, be given the opportunity to select/deselect also adding it to the associated company/contact records.  That would give each user control.  Value Added: Support/Customer Success teams would not have to dig for agreements/files inside of deals nor would the sales team have to upload to multiple places.   ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more
