This is a 2 part idea but can lead to the same solution to the problem. Currently, we cannot show averages of activity count by deal in a custom report.  If we put together a report with data sources from deals and activities, we could see the total amount of calls, emails, and meetings made across all deals, but we cannot select the average aggregation function to know what the average is.  This function is greyed out.  What we are trying to figure out is the average of all calls, all meetings, and all emails across all deals independently. For example: Say there are 3 deals created total: Deal 1 has 9 calls, 3 emails, 2 meetings Deal 2 has 6 calls, 2 emails, 1 meeting Deal 3 has 15 calls, 10 emails, 3 meetings We would like a report to show that the average of the 3 deals is 6 calls, 5 emails, and 2 meetings. It's the total of each type of activity divided by the number of deals. This technically would work in a report if we could just do averages by a call count, email count, and meetings count. What the reporting tool can do, however, is do averages on a number property on the deal.  So another idea request that would result in the same solution is to be able to have a count of calls, count of emails, and count of meetings on a deal record.  Currently, there is only "number of times contacted", which is a total number of calls, emails, and meetings together.  We would like to break this number down into its parts to know the effectiveness of each method. Either a calculation property should allow for us to use the activity object to roll-up this count on a deal, or "count of calls", "count of emails", and "count of meetings" should be a Hubspot default property.  It's the same as "number of times contacted" but broken down into parts that make up that number. ...read more

For us it seems to be an easy win to support differences between two date properties in calculated fields. We would use that for   - Time to warranty decision (days) - Payment overdue since X days - Average time to settle invoice of company - Time to first reply from engineering team - ...   Basically you could calculate the number of days between two date properties. Optionally you could extend this to include time - but that would not be needed vor an MVP. ...read more

At the moment, we are only able to make deal properties required when creating a new deal. Would be great to extend that feature to object associations as well, especially Products.  ...read more

Hi,   I would like to be able to filter on the modified dat for Deal stage changes. Currently there is, Create date, last modified date, etc. These does not do the trick.   "Last modified date" encompasses all modifications to the deal. The ability to visually identify distressed deals that require action is great, especially as it removes the need for end-users to run reports to otherwise identify which deals to work.   The issue is that you can only set one amount of days with action for the entire pipeline. My first deal stage is should be addressed within 2 days, however once contract has been sent 7 days is what we've decided is appropriate before following up. It would be very useful to set a different amount of days per deal stage before the cards change colour due to inactivity. As a result, I've just split the baby and set all to 4 days which does not work well for either stage, but is better than nothing.   As a work around, I've set up automatic tasks each time a deal enters a specific deal stage, but this solution is less than optimal because I cannot configure the task to self-mark as complete when the deal is progressed to the next stage (or at least I can't with Starter version). The resulting interminable list of task means that staff quickly learn to ignore the tasks list haha. ...read more

For instance, when you have a certain price to apply monthly for a specific amount of time which will then change up after that period.  For instance I want to charge monthly 50 euros for the first 6 months and after those 6 months charge 25 euros/ month. This is for the sales team - we have just started in Hubspot and some of the sales team have hundreds of deals (historic and current).  We use flexible associations, but it is really frustrating in the deal pipeline not to be able to sort by associated company or contact.
