Posting on a customer's behalf:   Currently, when a user sends an email from a deal record, it has to be associated with a contact record and a user needs to manually dis-associate the email from the contact record after sending the email. Who: Sales & Service teams   I think it'd be ideal to be able to have different properties shown in Deals and/or Service Tickets, based on the specific pipelines. This should be useful, as different pipelines usually serve different needs and, as such, might requiere different information to be shown primarily.   The same way we can have different stages / status in Deals & Tickets, why not allow us to have different properties shown depending on the pipeline?   I'm referring to this screen.   ...read more

Hi. We have about 5 deal pipelines that differentiate our deals that we have for our clients. Some of the deal stages have very similar names and sometimes our staff members change the deal stage which changes the pipeline of a deal. This is not ideal as we have workflows that only affect certain deal pipelines and should not affect others. Therefore, we request a feature where users can only change deal stages that are in the current deal pipeline. If a deal needs to change pipelines, it can be done in pipeline first, then have its deal stage change appropriately. ...read more

Hello, It would be helpful for my sales team to be able to see the latest Note Body or even call activity on an object. This would allow us to easily look at multiple deals from the table view and see what the latest logged activity was, however it could also be used on contacts, companies, and more. I could even see something like this being used within a list to see the last marketing email received by the contact.. I attached a screenshot of how this would look for our use-case. My team wouldn't go through the effort of double-posting their call details or any notes they log. If they put this info on a property, the ease of viewing the historical record / timeline is then lost. If they put this on the activity feed, we lose the ability to pull that info onto the table mentioned above... This would be solved if the activity updates said property! ...read more
