I would like to know what time takes a deal to move from one stage to other in my pipeline,  No average time, real time! Right now I need to  Create workflows that set the value of custom-created "Entered stage X date" properties to the date of step Create calculated properties that calculate the time between "Entered stage X date" and "Entered stage Y date" to get the time spent in each stage. For international organizations across multiple time zones, which can include different days, can we have a way to manage the time zone better? Example: An Australian company has a sales person in India or maybe America, and she closes a deal on 30 September. In the US, that's 1 October.  But for records, that's a close date in September. Right now it's not possible to have this automatically happen. We'd have to have a process written and followed. We'd rather have it be a technology solution. Hi there,   I'd like to request the ability to sort Deals by Associated Company and by Associated Contact. Currently this function doesn't exist, though it would be an extremely useful tool for our Account Executives to use when prioritizing and working through their deals.   Similarly - why can't we sort contacts by Primary Company? We had to create a new field on the Contact Record that copies the Primary Associated Company Owner to it - we shouldn't have to go through such a process to be able to sort by company... ...read more

I want to be able to see how my pipeline value has fluctuated over time. For instance at the end of a quarter, i want to see what my sales reps started the quarter with, what was my pipeline value by mid quarter and what did it turn out to be by end of the quarter. I want to have the ability to do this month wise also. For instance, what was my overall weighted pipeline value at the start of the month, how did it change through out the month and how much did i end up closing by the end of the month. ...read more

There are a few instances where we are tracking critical price increase and contract renewal options with our deals. Calculated properties are great, but they would be spectacular if we could perform date functions (like edate() in excel) using existing properties.   For example, let's say our contracts automatically renew every 12 months. I would like a custom calculated property be able to automatically determine the next renewal date is and then use a workflow to alert the pertinent individuals.   Deal.LastRenewal = 1/1/2022 Deal.RenewalTerm = 12   It would be great if Hubspot could just have a calculated property that adds those two together to return a Deal.NextRenewal date. ...read more

I believe a uselful feature would be to be able to share a particular pipeliine with people outside of the organization.  For instance we have a company that we partner with that refers a lot of their clinets to us for a shared business use that they receive referral fees for.  Inthis case it would be beneficial for them to be able to keep up to date on the progress of those deals.  It would be great if we could restrict access to the deal card only.  They would be able to move deal properties, but not contact properties etc.  So if necessarty they could add notes to the deal, maybe change the deal stage, but wouldn't be able to go in and change our contacts etc which would give access to our entire hubspot network.     ...read more

Please allow additional options for expired quotes that have already been signed.    If a customer has signed a quote, but not paid in time before the expiry, it would be good to be able to extend the deadline or edit without having to publish a brand new quote which they would have to then sign again.   At the moment, signing a quote means you can no longer edit it, but an extension for payment would be very helpful. ...read more

It is extremely frustrating that the order you enter line items when creating a deal is reversed after the deal is created in in the company/contact record. When reporting this to Hubspot multiple times it is always stated thet they can find a lot of instances of this be reported by users only to be told that it is working as designed. We used to enter the items in reverse order and it will save them in the order we desire but now it is mixing them up when you create a quote. If they would add line Item numbers to the deal it might fix the issue.   This is costing time on every Deal/Quote to have to sort through multiple line items and reorder those.   ...read more
