The feature requested would be any one on our team to be able to associate a product that was added to a deal with a custom object. For example, if I had a generic product (non-inventory), but I needed associate it to an address/location (custom object name that is essentially giving me a listing of all of the addresses for that company) that was also associated with the company, I would be able to lots of things. I sell telecommunications products to business. My businesses have LOTS of locations (sometimes 20-100). In one deal, I need to be able to add Product X to location 1, Product X to location 6, Product Y to Location 11, and Product Z to location 3, and so on and so forth. I don't want my salemen to waste time typing in the address for every one of these. They might as well use a spreadsheet instead of Hubspot, if that is the case. Once a deal is won, I would like to copy all of this information into a new custom object, so I can keep an inventory of all items I have sold to a customer, so I can use that to send reminders when contracts are almost up and so on. But without this information being able to be saved in a deal and then use a workflow to copy to a new custom object, Hubspot deals is kind of useless for our company.
